Beach chairs and beach badges are also provided. 50 inch Roku TV is in the living room and provides WIFI. The brand new kitchen offers LG stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and gas cooktop, Quartz countertops and designer glass tile backsplash. Want to take in the fresh air, the unit offers sliding glass doors which open up to spacious deck. We have thought of everything! All you have to do is get here to start your perfect LBI vacation.

Security deposit
A damage/security deposit of $500 is required. The damage/security deposits NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met: a) No damage is done to property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear. b) No changes are incurred due to contraband, pets, smoking, or collection of rents or services rendering during the stay. c) No excessive cleaning required. All debris trash, and recycling are placed in the specific trash/recycling receptacles. d) The home is left locked e) the TENANT ( or any of the TENANT'S visitors) is not evicted by the owner( or representative of the owner), or by the local law enforcement.

Beautiful!
From the day we arrive the house was clean and ready to entertain! The roof top was our favorite part! It was the perfect house for my family! We cannot wait to return next year !

LBI Beauty
We’ve stayed in many LBI rentals, and this home was our favorite. Beautifully updated and renovated, the house was clean and conveniently located to everything we needed. We loved the front porch and the wonderful rooftop deck, and can’t wait to return!

Excellent
My family rented this house. We had the top floor. It was great. Very roomy, decorated so pretty. The roof top was just Gorgeous. Especially on July 4th. Watching the fireworks. I highly recommend this property. We hope to rent again next summer. Ty to the owners and Melinda.
