Charming Home in Perfect Location
What a lovely and charming house with great owners; so easy to work with and they also gave great tips on where to go and what to eat.
The house is right next to the bay -- loved watching the sunset! -- and you can go for a nice walk past the yacht club. Very nice neighborhood.
The beach is just a block and a half away, which is a major plus.

Immaculate House in Great Location!!
We truly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Brant Beach. The house was extremely clean and immaculate and the location could not be beat. It is only a short one block walk to the beach and sunset views from the bay. Plus, the owner of the house gave us great recommendations on all the hot spots in town. Can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect stay for our family's summer vacation!
Perfect stay for our family's summer vacation! Short walk to the bay to view the beautiful sunsets & beach which made it so much easier for a family with children. We utilized the outdoor space for grilling, having our meals, and being together. The owners were very accommodating and gave great recommendations. Already planning our next vacation.

Wonderful Stay in Brant Beach!
With 2 sons in college, this year we decided it was time for a duplex (boys upstairs and my husband and I downstairs). Although we generally stay on the northern part of LBI, we found this perfect duplex here in Brant Beach!
The house was immaculate and perfectly located between the beach and the bay (both a short walk). The private backyard was perfect for grilling and hanging out with the family - and the screened-in porch downstairs was great for morning coffee and cocktail hour!
The owners were awesome. They made a ton of recommendations about places to eat/activities on this part of LBI. Don't forget about the 2 min walk to the bay for epic LBI sunsets!
We have already booked next year!
