The unit has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and a small deck for enjoying cocktails or coffee or hanging out with your friends and family. Also has a large backyard with an outdoor shower.

Sunsets That Spark Joy
Do not miss a single sunset on Brant Beach when you stay at this charming duplex -- just walk a few houses down and you're already at the bay on a cute bench watching another sunny day end in total relaxation.
The person who gave the one star review must have been talking about another house -- this one was so clean and neat; not an ant or any other insect in sight anywhere the entire time.
Owners were also lovely people. Safe neighborhood and great for taking a walk or heading right to the beach; it's just a block or so away.

Moldy air conditioner, mildew shower, change in price, ants galore
I made the mistake of not insisting on a countersigned contract right away. When my deposit was due, the owner said there was a typo on my signed contract and my deposit was actually several hundred more. With plane tickets booked and no other rentals available, I was backed into a corner and paid the money to keep my family vacation on track.
Be sure you get a countersigned contract asap so they don’t bait and switch you!
Mildew shower, black mold in the air conditioner, lots of ants.

1- you write about a bait and switch… the contract was from the beginning $2,450.00 plus $500.00 deposit plus $75 cleaning fee which totaled to $3,025.00.
You know what the amounts were but I wrote in the incorrect final total. There was no change in pricing and I apologized for the confusion.
2- unfortunately it’s an older home and given its age it’s in very good condition and we keep it very clean.
3- the second you notified me about the ants I called someone to come in and take care of the issue.
4- you are neglecting to mention that you left the window open during a rain storm and caused damage to my first floor which I fixed without bothering you or deducting any money from your deposit.
5- lastly, I have attached what my cleaner texted me after cleaning the unit once you left. I took out of your deposit less then she charged me extra for.
It’s so unfortunate that you come into the house and ignore all that you did and put blame on us and put a review like you did on VRLBI as if I’m some kind of crook trying to trick people. I ended up having to cover more $$ to fix and clean What you left behind then you paid for.

Beautiful stay in Brant Beach
We really enjoyed our stay in Brant Beach. House was clean and beautifully decorated. It was our first time staying in town and the owners gave us great recommendations. With a short walk to the beach and bay and enjoying our meals outside, we'll be back for sure.

Great Stay in Brant Beach!
With 2 sons in college, this year we decided it was time for a duplex (boys upstairs and my husband and I downstairs). Although we generally stay on the northern part of LBI, we found this perfect duplex here in Brant Beach!
The house was immaculate and perfectly located between the beach and the bay (both a short walk). The private backyard was perfect for grilling and hanging out with the family - and the screened-in porch downstairs was great for morning coffee and cocktail hour!
The owners were awesome. They made a ton of recommendations about places to eat/activities on this part of LBI. Don't forget about the 2 min walk to the bay for epic LBI sunsets!
We have already booked next year!
