We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

perfect trip!
This house was amazing-we rented it with a group of our closest friends and family members. We were steps away from the beach so everyone could go surfing or lay out whenever they wanted. The house was beautiful and clean. Also, Maureen was such a great host!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
We have been renting on LBI for many years, in various locations, and this house was by far the best! We were steps away from the beach, as well as a public sunset pier. We walked everywhere - there are so many wonderful amenities in Harvey Cedars! The house is great - very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of room for large families. Maureen is a very attentive host and we look forward to renting here again!

Ladies Weekend
What a find! This wonderful house is steps to the beach and stores. A nice amount of bedrooms and bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. Love all the decks! Especially the one that is covered. We were able to enjoy being outside even when the rain decided to pay us a visit. The place was also very clean! We look forward to another stay at this hidden gem.

Great Stay!
This house is terrific...nice and spacious. Location was perfect (steps to beach and to black eyed susan, HC Ice cream, HC Shellfish etc…) Maureen was an absolute PLEASURE to deal with. Very responsive with any questions we had. We’ll definitely want to come back.

Fabulous vacation home
Beautiful "beach chic" house, just yards from the ocean. Spotless and beautifully maintained. Plenty of room for friends and family. Rooftop deck with ocean and bay views. Watched sunrise with a cup of coffee and sunset with a cocktail. Another deck off of the kitchen and living area for dining al fresco. A third, covered deck, on the first floor for getting a reprieve from the sun or watching a storm. Walking distance to several good restaurants and a handy little market. Short drive to barneget light to get the freshest seafood. Best beachhouse we have ever rented.

Wow! Location Location.. Beach lovers paradise. This home was perfect, we had room for my parents and the kids. Steps away from the ocean and the bay!
Rooftop happy hours watching the sunset over the bay was exactly what the doctor ordered. Pure relaxation! Everything was fresh, clean and enough room for the whole family. We will be back for sure. LBI days are happy days. Can't wait for next time!
