The front patio is perfect to enjoy sunsets with the back patios for drinking coffee as you watch the sunrise. The open floor plan offers water views from every angle, perfect for relaxing and entertaining, 2 bed/1 bath for each unit, private front and back balconies, and a laundry room.
It comes with its own pier to dock your boat and or jet ski. Enjoy a large private backyard, jump on the kayak and row away into the bay cove. Perfect for relaxing by the calm cove waters and entertaining a large group of friends and family.
It is walking distance from the bay beach, perfect for wading to beat the summer heat. It is walking distance from some of the Island's best restaurants, mini-golf, and attractions.
Enjoy the privacy of a friendly neighborhood in a cul-de sac while still being just a minute drive from convenience stores like CVS and Wawa. The house is minutes from the Causeway bridge so there is little time spent in traffic getting on and off the island.
Rental runs weekly from Saturday to Saturday and comes with 4 beach badges. Both units are available for some weeks.

Unreal Location
This place is incredible. My family and I have had the most amazing experience here. The views of the water are breathtaking and wrap almost completely around the property. The neighborhood is charming and private. It’s steps away from the bay beach and awesome restaurants on the island. The house has been impeccably maintained. We love it and we will be back!
