Description
Located 4th from the ocean in Brant Beach, this house is just steps to the beach, with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a reverse living room with ocean views, bay views, and a heated swimming pool! An expansive deck, ideal for outdoor dining and sunning is set off of the living room. A grilling deck in the rear of the house off of the kitchen makes grilling super convenient. A master ensuite, three generous bedrooms, and a full hall bathroom with a laundry area round out the middle floor. A large covered deck is accessed off of the master ensuite. The sizable rooftop is just the spot to enjoy endless sunrises and sunsets along with Fourth of July fireworks in every direction. The house is conveniently located for easy walking and biking, with shops, ice cream, and restaurants just a short walk away.
Weekly price includes a changeover cleaning, clean linens/towels!

Beyond Fabulous
Been coming to LBI for 40+ years. 18 E Sigsbee is the best house I've ever rented! So clean, so neat. Everything you could ever ask for in a vacation rental. The pool was the icing on the cake! Amazing back yard oasis. Plenty of parking. Thank you for the best vacation! We just love this house!

Heated pool on beach block!
We had such a great time in the heated pool after a day at the beach. The house had everything needed for a family vacation including the high chair, linens, bbq tools and lobster pot! Plenty of showers and towels! Wonderful! Definitely would book again! Highly recommended!

Perfect Vacation Home!
We had an absolutely amazing time at this property...just three houses away from the beach and with a pool! The reverse kitchen layout enabled us to maximize the incredible views of the ocean and bay. The main deck off the living room had a large table where we enjoyed many group meals and, for sunsets, the crows nest was spectacular. Having a grill on a patio just off the kitchen was a fantastic feature and we wound up grilling more because of the convenience. The owners did a great job updating the decor which really made a statement in every room. While the beach was so close, we also loved having a heated pool, which was a nice size, along with a large deck area with plenty of seating. Also convenient, was the Custard Hut, just a minute walk down the block, for quick, easy meals and ice cream. We spent countless hours biking on Ocean Blvd. Brant Beach is a relaxing and scenic area and the house is located close enough to the bay beach for us to have a perfect view of fireworks. It is also worth mentioning the convenience of the washer/dryer on the same floor as the bedrooms as well as very comfortable beds and pillows. Finally, the owners were a pleasure to deal with leading up to and throughout our stay. We look forward to coming again!

Awesome house in an awesome location
Couldn't love this house or the location more. We have three kids ranging from 13 to 23. Plenty of room for the 5 of us plus friends. Bikeable to Bay Village/Fantasy Island, restaurants, ice cream, etc. E Sigsbee sits at a narrow part of the island, so great views of both the bay and ocean from the house. It's a short walk to the end of the street to watch the beautiful sunsets. 3 decks with great lighting. We spent hours in the heated pool which sits in the sun in the morning, and shade as the day progresses, which is nice. If you're into cooking your own crabs/lobsters, you'll want to bring a lobster pot and nutcrackers, but other than that, absolutely perfect. We'll be back!
