New, clean and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, this home features a large open concept living room on the second floor and an additional family room on the lower level, as well as 2 master bedroom suites, 2 additional bedrooms and a 3-stop elevator - the perfect family vacation destination. With only one block from beach to bay, you have the best of both worlds - beachside and bayside!
Large 14’ x 30’ heated saltwater pool with poolside seating (2 chaise lounges, cantilever umbrella, 4 Adirondack chairs & picnic table for 8 (with umbrella), backyard paver patio with beautiful landscaping, covered/furnished patio with 55” smart tv (watch from the pool!) & additional seating. EROS WiFi Extender for seamless connection of multiple devices, whether inside or outside relaxing at the pool! NEW IN 2024: Outdoor ceiling fans installed in back patio area and front lower deck!
Features of this home include: 3 stop elevator, kitchen w/ 36" range and chimney hood, hardwood floors throughout, custom cabinetry, ship lap accents, 2 zone AC, ceiling fans throughout, separate laundry room with washer/dryer and immaculate outdoor shower. Enjoy amazing sunrises & sunsets and a full view of the Atlantic City skyline from the furnished rooftop deck, or relax on one of the three additional furnished decks.
2nd floor features the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room (55” smart tv), master suite with queen bed (55” smart tv), private bathroom and walk-in closet, powder room and alcove bar. Outdoor deck (accessible from living room and dining room) features teak table/chairs for outdoor eating. Back deck features two Adirondack chairs and side table.
1st floor features secondary family room, junior master suite with queen bed/private bathroom, 3rd bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet, 4th bedroom with bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top) and pull-out full couch, full bath in hallway (with tub), laundry room and additional furnished deck with seating for 4. Family room and all 1st floor bedrooms have wall-mounted tv’s (smart tv's in bedrooms, cable tv in family room).
Garage: Entry to three stop elevator, ping-pong table, seating, extra refrigerator, beach cart, Tommy Bahama beach chairs , beach toys/games/boogie boards & box containing tennis rackets (for use at the bayfront park, just two blocks away) and basketball, all provided for your enjoyment!
Outdoors: Take a break from the beach in our 14’x30’ heated, saltwater pool in our private, fenced in yard. Relax in Adirondack chairs or chaise lounges around the pool, or relax in seating area under the covered patio (with 55”Roku/smart TV- viewable from pool). Enjoy a meal at the additional outdoor table. Play a game of Corn Hole, Jenga or Spike Ball (all provided). The outdoor shower and gas grill finish off this amazing outdoor space!
Visit the bay front park just two blocks away (including jungle gym, swings and public tennis court)s, pick up lunch at the highly acclaimed “Bowker’s South Beach Grill” around the block, or for nature lovers, be sure to check out the Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife refuge (short walk from the house).
Take a 2 mile drive or bike to Beach Haven (just one traffic light away), where you’ll find many bars/restaurants, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Thundering Surf Water Park, Schooner’s Wharf, Ship Bottom Brewery, food stores and a pharmacy.
Rainy day activities: Ping pong table, board games, books, puzzles. This home provides everything you need to have a relaxing, memorable vacation!

Relaxing Getaway
Your house was perfect for our vacation getaway! It has beautiful beach decor with an open layout. We appreciated having the 2 master bedrooms. The heated pool was a highlight for all ages with the variety of seating areas and platform step. The elevator made packing and unpacking a breeze. Justine was also very responsive and quick to address any needs.

Holgate Happiness!
Beautiful home! Immaculate! Justine & Rob will answer any questions at anytime! All appliances are state of the art! 1 block each way to the beach or bay! Everything within a few miles of travel distance! Restaurants, amusement park, water park, shopping, perfect spot for those who like to run, bike or walk! And Pickle ball courts everywhere! Always something happening in town, and free concerts every Thursday at Edwin Forsythe Wildlife Refuge in the summer! Last evening 127 sea turtles crossed Long Beach Blvd on way to the ocean! Bowlers Deli is a must! 1 block away!

Perfect Vacation Housr
I can’t say enough about how perfect this house was for our multi-generational family vacation, location was amazing and there was nothing the owners didn’t think of to insure our stay would be stress free. Justine was quick to respond to any questions both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Amazing property
We can’t say enough good things about our experience at this property. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a week at the beach. The pool and outdoor area is perfect. We had 5 adults and 3 little kids and it was more than enough space for everyone. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and incredibly accommodating. We had the best week.

August vacation
We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and the pool was a perfect addition for our family. We traveled with 3 young children and they couldn’t have enjoyed themselves anymore! Plenty of space, plenty of things to do, and Justine was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We made wonderful memories!

Wonderful House
We stayed for a week in July and it was wonderful. There were 4 of us so plenty of space and everyone had their own room. The house is pristine and unlike a lot of houses I have rented, anything you needed to use for cooking was there and in good condition. The pool was great for late afternoon swims after the beach which is just a few minute walk. The owners are great to work with and always available.

Me and my family stayed for a week in July 2023 and we had the absolute best time . The house is pristine and everything is as pictured. Great Rental !
House is perfect, it has everything you would want. Justine is great, very attentive to the little details. Dealing directly with a caring owner is the best scenario when renting down in LBI. This was our second year here and we spent two consecutive weeks this time around. That plus 100% 5/5 ratings should say it all.
