This charming house was built around the 1930's. The best part about this property is that it is right on the beach. One can go to the beach, easily walk back for lunch or a snack, and return to the beach. There is an outside shower, a second floor deck, and a nice back yard for relaxing and grilling. More than one family can share this house and a wonderful feature is that the kids can all sleep upstairs in the loft and the parents can sleep downstairs in the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The front porch is a great place to sit and read and watch the beach activity. People are walking to the beach with their surfboards and towels in tow and the ice cream truck makes many stops in front of the house. It is fun to see the children run for their ice creams. This property is next to the beach and in walking distance to surf shops, markets, and kids activities.

We do not have a garden , but the whole house sits right by the beach and the dunes. There is a back yard with a grill, picnic table, and seating. There is an outside refrigerator and and outside shower.

About the owner: We are a family of four. My husband grew up spending his summers in our beautiful beach house. He likes to say he was born in salt air. This beach house is very special to all of us. I can still smell my mother in laws cooking and we continue the laughter and good times in this adorable special home. We hope those who rent it will build the same fantastic memories.

Quaint Cottage on the Beach
We have been renting the Ruttle's home for two weeks each summer for the past 8 years. It has been ideal for our family. Situated as the last house before the beach we can view the ocean from the second floor deck. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor are great but even more so is the second floor which is a large dormitory with 6 or so beds. My granddaughter and her friends just love this private area with a bathroom and private deck. There is both a front porch and nice backyard area with all the comforts of home. The Ruttle family is lovely and always available to take care of your needs. We are renting it again in 2018 and my family can't wait.

A little slice of Heaven
We really enjoyed our stay at the Ruttle’s Beach House. We were three families, 6 adults, five (teens) kids. It was perfect! The kids loved having their own space on the second floor and the beach at their disposal. We loved having them near enough to be safe but out of sight
