Description
House renovations are completed. New front deck and stairs new Kitchen and appliances, new bathrooms, floors, lighting, furniture and air conditioning.
Enough room for the whole family! Our beautiful, fully renovated home offers the best of everything for a LBI vacation. The unique location gives you the option of a 2-minute walk to the ocean beach to play in the waves or a one-minute walk to a family friendly park with a playground, tennis court, basketball court and of course the bay side beautiful beach. The house is steps away from a kayak launch at the end of the street (2 kayaks with life preservers are provided for use with the house). Perfect for when you are looking for a relaxing afternoon.
When you have had enough sun for one day, you can head back to the house and look forward to watching the beautiful sunset from either the rooftop or front deck. Dine in or head out to Beach Haven (5 Minute drive) to one of many restaurants, shops or entertainment options Beach Haven has to offer.
The First floor offers an open floor plan (Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen), perfect for the whole family to gather. If dining in, eat at either the dining table (seating for eight) or outside on the large front deck with an outdoor dining table and gas grill. The first floor also has a Queen Suite with walk in closet and a private full bathroom (shower). The first floors half bath is where you’ll find the new stack-able washer and dryer.
The Second floor has a full Bathroom, tub/shower along with four additional rooms, BR King, BR Queen/Twin, BR three Twins, plus Den with additional Twin and love seat. Access to the rooftop deck is through the Den. ALL second-floor rooms have new mattresses, smart TV’s, and air conditioners.

Finally, when the day is over and you want to enjoy the beautiful evening as a family, everyone can gather on the downstairs outdoor entertaining patio where you will find a relaxing gas fire pit (perfect for smores), the second gas grill, and large outdoor TV. It is the perfect space to unwind from the day and get ready for the next day of adventures and making memories.

Couldn't be better!!!
We've been vacationing on LBI for MANY years...and every year we switch to a different location...until NOW. Many thanks to Dan and Suzanne Ledden for offering this great home. We will back and back and back! There are so many great things to list including

Perfect House
We had an amazing time staying at this house. The location was superb and the house was immaculate. Only few houses away from the beach and a few steps to the bay. The house is updated with all new furniture/appliances. The outdoor entertaining space was a hit with our family and close friends. From the top deck, we watched the most incredible sunsets. We made memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Dan and Suzanne- great hosts!

Great place to vacation
Our family had a wonderful time. Fully refurbished home beautifully done with plenty of space, rooftop deck for sunsets, ground level outdoor patio w/TV, Bikes, Kayaks and AC's work great. Short walk to bay and beach. Vey quiet area to rewind and relax. Great place to vacation with your family. Highly recommend.

HOLGATE HEAVEN
What an amazing week we had in Holgate at this beautifully renovated home that is just steps from the bay and ocean. We loved everything about this house. Starting with the all the room under the deck.....the patio with a fire pit.....the cozy outdoor tv area where my kids watched movies at night. The IMMACULATELY CLEAN AND PRIVATE outdoor shower! Just absolutely beautifully situated! There is also a storage room with every item you could possibly need for a great week at the beach. Chairs, sand buggies....corn hole! There is large fridge in this room and an ice maker which was a lifesaver!
The interior of the house is just as amazing....you walk into a beautiful living room with an eat in kitchen....plenty of space for all. Every single bedroom was large and had lots of natural light! The rooftop deck is such a breathtaking spot.......you can catch the sunset or just pop up there in the middle of day to catch some rays and take in the beauty of everything around you.
We truly felt at home at Holgate Heaven.....we gave it this name because that's exactly what it is! If you are use to staying in Beach Haven where all the action is (like we have for many years) I recommend giving this home a try. The location is peaceful, quiet and you feel like you are on your own little island. The best part is beach haven is a quick drive or bike ride away!
We will be coming back next year and for years to come. Dan and Suzanne are lovely people that made our stay that much better. They reached out to make sure we were having a good time and if we needed anything which we really appreciated!
We will definitely miss our little piece of "Heaven" and cannot wait for next summer!

Best house and location!
My husband and I along with our 3 teenage sons and my parents have been visiting L.B.I for over 15 years. This house and location is by far the best we’ve had! With enough privacy for my family of 5 upstairs and my parents in the downstairs suite the set up was perfect! We watched the sunset every night from the rooftop and the boys could quickly drive into town at night, kayak during the day, or ride bikes all provided by Suzanne and Dan. The outside downstairs area with flat screen t.v made it hard to leave at night after grilling from one of the two BBQ grills provided! Quick walk to beach or bay had my boys in the ocean all day and walking to fish by the bay after. The house is also amazingly decorated and brand new with anything you need! No need to bring anything! The house truly is big enough to fit 10 people without feeling cramped. We can’t wait to rent again!

Look no further...
This rental exceeded expectations and then some, all thanks to Dan & Suzanne's meticulous complete renovation of the property and all the extras that made our stay an exceptional one!
One evening it was drizzly, but thanks to the outdoor covered seating area and large flatscreen TV, we were able to entertain friends seamlessly. On July 4 with the weather perfect, we watched the festivities from Beach Haven and elsewhere over the bay on the awesome rooftop deck.
Everything is new in the house and perfectly clean. Having the (also new) washer/dryer on the first floor was extremely helpful and the interior decorating provided a beachy, comfy feel.
The owners also provided two kayaks for the nearby bay, two beach wagons to carry everything, and an outdoor cooler and ice maker along with an additional fridge. The outdoor shower is great as well, with separate benches and hooks to wash and dry off sandy clothes and feet.
If tranquility is your thing, Holgate and this location provides it. And when wanting to take the kids ot Fantasy Island or a dinner out, it's a five-minute ride to town.
Rent this property from Dan & Suzanne. You'll come for more. I know we are.

Perfect Week at a Perfect House
I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we reached out to inquire about availability through check out, the experience renting this home was outstanding. The house itself was great - newly remodeled, bright, clean, and spacious. The owners thought of everything - from bigger items like kayaks to little things like bottles of water - we didn’t find ourselves wanting for anything. We made use of the kayaks, bikes, and beach chairs daily. The outdoor space was really well designed - we used the front deck and patio daily, and the roof deck offered amazing views of the bay and sunsets. The location was incredible. A few steps to the bay for launching kayaks and spending time at the small sandy bay beach for a change of pace from the ocean. There’s a tennis court right next to the bay beach that we used too. A block in the other direction was easy access to the ocean beach. A bike ride or short walk got us to a breakfast/lunch place in one direction and an ice cream place in another. Our kids biked about 15 minutes into Beach Haven every day. We’ve rented in other spots on LBI but never Holgate until this year. For a quiet spot with quick access to the bay and beach while remaining close to the amenities of Beach Haven, Holgate can’t be beat. Lastly, Dan and Suzanne are really great. It was clear that they wanted us to have the best possible experience. Dan was quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would recommend this house without reservation and my family can’t wait to come back next year.
