Prime oceanfront contemporary with awesome ocean views at this Long Beach Island (LBI) home. An open living area with high ceiling, two full width oceanfront decks plus a roof top deck to enjoy 360-degree views of the ocean, the sunset over the bay and Atlantic City to the south. Wonderfully designed reverse living provides ocean views and plenty of sunlight from kitchen and family room on 2nd floor.
An oceanfront escape with 4 BR, 3.5 BA + an additional outside shower. The 1st floor family room has a full bath that you could consider making into a potential 5th bedroom (pull out couch could expand to 12 occupants). Many special features including a spectacular curved entrance wall. An extra-large paved parking area can fit up to 7 cars plus one in the garage.
The Bedroom layout is:
1st Floor (4 rooms and two full baths):
• Room 1 - Queen Bed
• Room 2 – 4 total beds (Full bunk bed and twin bunk bed)
• Room 3 - 2 twin beds
• Room 4 - family room with a full bath that you could consider making a potential 5th bedroom with pull out couch bed.
2nd Floor:
• Master – King Bed
Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in both family rooms (1st and 2nd floor) and outdoor shower.
LBI boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! This oceanfront home has beach access just to the right of the house. The beach has lifeguard stations to both the right and left of the access road. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach badges (6), boogie boards, and beach toys are all provided for your enjoyment.
The home is on the southern end of Long Beach Island in the quieter section of Holgate, but just under 2 miles from the center of Beach Haven. The LBI shuttle bus stop is 4 houses away and runs from the southern tip of the island all the way to the historic Barnegat Lighthouse on the northern end. So park your car for the week and enjoy the beach. Beach Haven is the epitome of a beach town, with restaurants, eclectic shops, a water park (Thundering Surf), an amusement park (Fantasy Island), Bay Village shops.
Need an elevator? This unit has that too and its available on request for an additional $200/week charge.
Hot tub not available.
Check in time 3:00pm on Saturday and check out time 10:00am the following Saturday.
House is cleaned each week during the turnover and renters are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking will result in immediate cancellation of rental agreement and security deposit forfeited.
* Though bed comforters and pillows are provided with the house, please provide your own linens: towels, bed sheets, etc.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
PAYMENT: Prefer Venmo or Zelle. Can also use Innago which accepts credit cards, debit card, ACH and other methods.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Note: The property is still active until receipt of deposit.
Will be returned within 30 days of check out upon leaving the home in satisfactory condition. Any damage or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit.

Wonderful Oceanfront House
Great family vacation. This house had the best views of the Ocean and great views of the sunset from the roof. Layout was great and fit our family of 12 nicely. Our family enjoyed being together and had enough room to spread out. This was a special vacation for all of us and we highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful Oceanfront Home
We had a great stay at this well maintained and nicely decorated home. We especially loved the views! The open concept living room area boasts beautiful sunrise ocean views, and the roof deck provides views of Atlantic City and sunsets over the bay. The location is great, the house is situated right on the ocean with beach access steps away. The layout of the house is great with plenty of room and fun for everyone!!
The host was easy to work with and provided everything we needed for a fun day at the beach as well as a kitchen with all the amenities! We loved our stay here!

Family beach week
Had an enjoyable week at this fabulous oceanfront property. The house itself is beautifully laid out and well maintained. The location is fantastic, right on the beach next to the beach access trail. The living room area is comfy and inviting with plenty of places to sit and views of the ocean. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, as was the entire house. The elevator was a must have for us elderly parents but turned out to be a big help with transporting suitcases etc. as well.
Bowker's is across the street for easy eating and basic supplies. We appreciated the supply of chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler and other beach equipment that were provided and the outdoor shower came in handy for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Welcome guide provided great suggestions, many we would not have known about. The owner was easy to work with, accommodating and always available.

Everything we expected and more!
This home was excellent. The views of the beach and bay were everything the listing promised. We had a family gathering and could not have found a better house. Perfect place for group dining, playing games, enjoying the beach and sun. Excellent private location and great sunsets from the roof.

Thanksgiving
We decided to do something different this year and spend Thanksgiving at the beach . So glad we found this beautiful home! Amazing view every morning of the ocean. Kitchen was perfect to make a huge meal. Would def recommended this house. Must be spectacular during the summer . Another great reason are the owners ! Went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy.

The views are some of the best on the entire island
We stayed in September for a family gathering. The weather was great, water was warm, the house was very comfortable and the location can't be beat!
Loved waking up every day with views of the ocean and being able to walk right out onto the beach. It was the perfect relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect family stay at true oceanfront home
We rent on LBI every year and have seen homes advertised as oceanfront but are not true oceanfront. This house is what you would expect, the beach is your back yard, plus the roof gives you views of the bay for sunset.
The location is perfect. Quiet but so close to Beach Haven and great restaurants and activities. It had tons of parking, multiple decks and a beautiful 2nd floor reverse living area with a huge vaulted (domed) ceiling. The floor plan is fantastic.
The host was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations on many fronts. The amazing views were better than advertised! We will be back again but 2 weeks next time.

Great House! Great Location!
My family just spent a week here. What a wonderful house! Very spacious and clean. Wonderful array of porches and a roof deck for superior ocean views. Extremely convenient access to the beach (literally steps away) and a very handy outdoor shower. Minutes from Beach Haven fun (mini golf, water park, ice cream), and a solid breakfast spot (Bowkers) just down the street. Great communication with homeowners. Highly recommend!

A trip we will always remember
We had an amazing trip to LBI with so many memories. This trip will never be forgotten as my 11-year-old son caught a 26lb Sea Bass from the shoreline! More than double his previous record. The rest of the family could watch us fish from the deck.
The property and location were great and led to a relaxing and memorable week. House was the perfect size for our family. We loved the common area being on the 2nd floor so everyone could pitch in for dinner while enjoying the ocean views. Nightly family dinners were outside on the deck overlooking the beach, worked well for the grandparents. Views from deck and roof are amazing and we got one of the entire family for our Christmas card.

Beautiful house
Great week on LBI. The best views of the Ocean and great views of the sunset from the roof. Reverse living was ideal and house has everything you need for a great vacation. This was one of our best family vacations!
