This Holgate 4+ bedroom home with above ground heated Swim/Pool Spa, sleeps 15 in beds, with room for everyone -- including a bunkroom and game/TV rooms that kids of all ages will love! Beautiful ocean views and large decks!

This newly purchased (2024) beach house is professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings, ensuring that each room is Bright and Beachy.

We are so EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE the installation of a NEW American Whirlpool 12 x 8-foot Heated Swim/Pool Spa with enough room for EVERYONE! Available beginning May, 2025 The back-yard and side yards are fenced in with a brand-new privacy fence.

The main floor (one level up) features a living room with large sectional, TV, Dining area, and fully stocked Kitchen running the entire length of the home. A King bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry room with storage, round out the remainder of the main floor. Set directly off of the living space, sliding doors open to a large, covered deck, with dining and seating, with access to the front/back stairways, with the back stairs leading to the Pool/Spa entrance. With Outdoor Seating and Dining furniture on the deck, make this deck “the place to be", all while feeling the ocean breeze. This covered space is perfect for conversation, reading, dining, relaxing, game time, or watching the action in the Spa below!

The 3rd level features a family room with another large sectional, plenty of natural light, and access to the top floor deck with Amazing Ocean views! Two beautiful built-in bunk beds, each with its own lighting, TVs, Sony wireless headphones, and privacy curtains, are an amazing addition to this space. On the 3rd floor deck, enjoy the seating area for 10+ and a pub table for 4 more; there is also a Sun Setter Retractable Awning for shade from the sun if desired.

Three additional bedrooms, and another full bath complete this top level, which features a King Bedroom with ocean views and a Queen Bedroom with ocean views. The Beachy Bunkroom with a big screen TV, sleeps up to seven, in three Full beds and a Twin bed. Guests have affectionally called this space “The Cousin Room”.

There are three living spaces, one on each of the 2nd and 3rd levels complete with 65” inch TVs, two with large sectionals. The ground/garage level has a fun pub feel, with an extra refrigerator/freezer, 65” TV, which is attached to another game space and interior staircase. The open floor plan features plenty of indoor space, with these featured lounging areas, for fun and games the whole crew will enjoy!

The fully stocked kitchen, with an island seating 4, dining table with seating for 10, is ready for a Lobster Party, Brunch, BBQ, or Feast! There is a pantry and plenty of cabinet space, allowing for easy dining and entertaining. The propane Gas Grill is also ready, and we include extra tanks for the grill and the gas fire pit!

Kayaks with a cart to transport are easily launched at the bay at the end of the street. The Bay Beach with Playground and tennis court are just 2 blocks away for swimming and exploring; kayaks can be launched here too, and there’s a large shallow area for the little ones to try and learn, with parents, in the knee-deep water!

Eight (8) Adult Beach Badges, and Beach Gear will be waiting for you -- there is always a minimum of 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, 3 Boogie Boards, plus Beach Toys, coolers and a Beach cart and Beach wagon to transport it all, for the short distance to the beach with ease! A large outdoor shower with changing area is out back, with close access to the internal stairs. We provide 3 Adult Bicycles for the easy ride into the town of Beach Haven. Enjoy assorted games, with Ping Pong and a Basketball arcade game inside on the lower level!
