The home's location offers easy access to the beach (about a block and a half), several area restaurants, and about 14 blocks to Bay Village/Schooner's Wharf. For stays less than 1 week, there is a $350 cleaning fee. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included. We do provide 8 beach badges for our guest's use. The first floor offers a full bathroom, laundry area, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunks (4 twin beds total) and a living room with queen sleeper sofa. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room and living room (with a 2 sided fireplace out to the deck), a half bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. The third floor has a bedroom with king bed and private bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom with bathtub/shower and a third living space with a queen sleeper sofa. There is also access to the roof deck (with bayviews) from this level.
