Second house from the beach! Side by side duplex with shared decks and fenced in yard. Plenty of outdoor seating, tables, brand new natural gas (no tanks to deal with) Webber grill and 2 outdoor showers. Each unit has 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and half bath with laundry. not one, but 2 "cook's" kitchens - one with a beverage/wine fridge. Both are fully equipped for cooking and serving the whole crew both indoor and outdoor dining. Beach badges(10), chairs, umbrellas and even a cart to haul all your gear to the lifeguarded beach can be found in the backyard garage (can access 15th St beach path from back yard gate). Bikes are also provided and are located in the shed. A great way to get to Viking Village only a couple of blocks away to the west. Other great spots to bike to.... Poppy's for ice cream, Mustache Bill's for breakfast, mini golf, Kubel's for a great lunch, dinner or cocktails, a swanky new pizzeria - La Rive, many other sweet local spots and of course.... newly painted Old Barney will be ready for visitors. This is your place to have a wonderful beach holiday with multiple families.

Excellent Stay!
We just completed our second summer renting this beautiful house! The property is spacious, and perfect for a big family. The owners are wonderful, helpful and attentive! Our family has rented multiple houses on LBI over the years, and this is one of the best!

Fun Beach House at Barnegat Light
We rented this listing, and had a great week. It was very convenient to the beach, and was really lovely inside. We used a lot of the outdoor equipment like games, bikes and beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, carts). We especially enjoyed the large, open porch off the kitchens. In general there was lots of space, and a good number of bathrooms. The owner was nice to communicate with, had really thought through what renters might need, and gave us good information about the area.
