Great house, great owner
It was our 2nd time staying here and the house is wonderful and close to everything.

Wonderfull house with a great location
We had a fabulous time in this terrific beach house. To start, Sal, the owner greeted us. Hes a great guy and made us feel right at home. His beach house is clean, and has everything you need for a great vacation. The beach bikes were a great addition for our kids to use on the bike path just minutes up the road. The beach, shopping, kid fun, night life, and lots of food and ice cream are all in walking distance. This house was absolutely perfect in every way!

Spectacular
What an amazing property! We're return visitors from 2013 - we had an amazing experience then and were so happy, that we had to come back this past August. The house is beautifully maintained, so clean and in one of the best locations on the island. The layout was so perfect for our family of 4 and the visitors we had during the week. It has literally everything you need and Sal is a phenomenal host. We can't wait to come back in 2017!

Here`s why you should stay at Sal`
Sal's place is great for a number of reasons. You're going to want a clean, updated house. You're going to want a large front deck that gets the warm sun all day long, until sunset. You're going to want to be a few blocks from Fantasy Island and all its cool stores and good food. You'll want a really down-to-earth host that will respond fast, help you out with anything, be flexible, and let you enjoy your time without interruption. You'll get beach badges, some bikes, some chairs, a basketball court, a big grill, and plenty of parking. Basically, you'll get want you're looking for: location, fun, and relaxation.
Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers.

This week at Sal`s was the Best.
This week at Sal's was the best. The home is much more attractive than the pictures had led us to believe. Living area is large, open with two story ceiling. The kitchen is easy to work in with several people; the ceiling fan and air conditioning were always cool. Table on deck was comfy hang out at night. The location is AAA+ with easy walking distance to all of Beach Haven's attractions. The beach, beautiful, is a couple of blocks away. The best part was having the owner, Sal, downstairs, available for suggestions and help if needed. Hoping to rent again next year.
Recommended for: People with Disabilities, Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers.

Beach Haven Beauty !
Our first vacation to LBI was an absolutely enjoyable experience for our extended family. Sal was most accommodating to our needs. The home was beautifully updated and the fenced in rear yard was great for our 3yr old grandson. Beach badges, beach chairs, bikes, gas grill, and outdoor shower were included and greatly appreciated. The beach was just a 10 min walk. We parked our cars and were able to walk to all attractions. We will definitely be back to LBI and Beach Haven in 2016! Thank you Sal!!

Great stay
Our family had a great time at this house. It's clean, comfortable, and as everyone notes, the location is perfect. Sal was very helpful, accommodating and reasonable but not obstrusive. We were a family of five with 3 kids under the age of 6, so being able to walk everywhere was important. We would definitely return and wish we could have stayed longer.

Great family beach house
Beautifully kept, well equipped home a few blocks from the Beach Haven nightlife. We had a great week and Sal was very welcoming. His attention to every detail from the amazing outdoor shower to the new washer and dryer was second to none. Would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again. Thanks Sal!

Perfect week with our family in beach haven
This rental exceeded our expectations-- it was clean, nicely updated, and very comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is perfect-- two blocks from the beach and a few blocks from shops, restaurants etc. The outdoor amenities were some of our favorite aspects of the house-- the balcony with table for dining, the backyard with BBQ, table and basketball hoop and best of all, the outdoor shower! Sal is a wonderful host-- super helpful and friendly, but unobtrusive. I would recommend this rental to everyone and look forward to staying there again in years to come.
