Expansive open concept kitchen and family room with striking cathedral ceilings plus additional first floor living room with wet bar and pullout sleeper sofa.
Rooftop deck with Magnificent ocean and bay views. Multiple decks to enjoy the fresh air.
Easily connect to the home's Sonos system and stream your favorite music to any one of SIX music zones across the house, including in the backyard while you enjoy the new heated salt water pool, or on the roof top deck while you sip cocktails and watch the beautiful sunset over the Bay and Bridge from the comfort of your own home!
The enormous Garage has a game area, extra fridge, and exercise area, and is equipped with bikes, paddle boards, boogie boards, and beach chairs all for you to enjoy during your stay!
Driveway has room for 3 cars plus 2 more in the garage. In addition, there is ample on-street parking on this quiet, dead-end street.
Really very little need for a car.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful Beach House with EVERYTHING.
The house is perfect for a large family or several families vacationing together. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The house has everything you could possibly want in a home, it was equipped better than my own home. We enjoyed the backyard with heated pool and multiple decks (including a rooftop deck with views of the ocean and bay). The double garage contained a second refrigerator, big screen TV, and every game (pool, air hockey, etc) and beach item (bikes, surf boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) you will need for a week at the beach. Just pack your bags, the owner has truly provided everything.

Stunning Beach Home!
This is our second year staying here with friends and it never disappoints! Great location, wonderful pool! It is so nice to go to beach and hang by the pool later in the day! They have all the amenities you could want and more! We hope to be back every year!

The perfect place
This was the perfect house and location for us. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute to the ice cream parlor. Who could ask for more? How about a pool in the back and a garage thats got plenty of games and a TV. Have a question about the house or need help with something? A quick text to the owner and we got a fast response. All in all we had a wonderful time that went by way to fast. We’ll be back.

Great House
I stayed in this home with my family the first week in August. There were 14 of us, including the kids, and this house was perfect! There were plenty of beds, space for big family dinners, and enough comfy places to hang out. There were also a number of bonus features that made the whole week even more fun. The kids loved the games table, and the pool was an excellent addition. I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner was very accessible and easy to work with.

Beautiful home, great location
We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful home in mid June. The owner was very accessible and accommodating. There were 12 of us that stayed and we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. Great ammenities (pool, game table, etc.) The location was also very good. Beach was an easy walk. Kids were able to walk to mini golf and get food easily. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great house-great owner
Rented the weekend of May 22 for my wife's 65th birthday. House was very well furnished and decorated. Pool was a bonus with the grandkids. Easy walk to the beach. Reasonably priced. Owner very accessible and pro-active.
