Description
This over-sized duplex boasts 4 bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down with an attached garage in the rear. The property is located only a few homes from the ocean on a large 60x90 ft lot. The first floor includes two spacious light filled living spaces and the open layout allows for ease of movement from room to room. The large rear living space provides easy access to the outside shower and rear yard for grilling and entertaining. This floor also includes 2 bedrooms and one full bath. The garage is accessible from the interior and houses the laundry area. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, one and a half baths and 2 decks for enjoying cocktails or coffee, dining, or hanging out with your friends and family.
We provide renters with 8 beach chairs, 6 beach badges and 6 bicycles. The home is also equipped with 4 smart/streaming-enabled TV’s.

Amazing LBI Family Vacation
My husband and I, our kids, and grandkids enjoyed a wonderful 2 week family vacation at this lovely LBI beach house. The home was clean, uncluttered, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities and even some much appreciated extras generously provided by the owner - bikes, beach chairs and beach badges. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner who was always responsive to our inquiries and very accommodating. The outside space afforded the kids and adults an area to play or relax with plenty of tables and seating. Everyone is already looking forward to returning next summer!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week with in LBI. The home was perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, with all the amenities that we needed. Steps to the beach. Close to dining and shopping. We look forward to returning.
