Luxurious, oceanside, 5 bedroom vacation rental (just 2 short blocks to the beach) for a summer escape or a warm-weather getaway with friends or family.
This gracious 3,000 square foot residence is elegantly finished and professionally designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Stylish, yet comfortable - the house has two indoor living spaces with another three outdoor entertainment spaces - providing the ideal setting for a gathering of up to 12 guests max (5 bedrooms, 1 queen sleeper sofa), to unwind and enjoy a tranquil getaway. Hardwood oak floors and granite countertops grace the house throughout.
MAIN FLOOR LIVING (2nd Floor):
Reverse living defines the home with an open-concept floor plan, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and a living room that opens to the generously-sized, covered patio with access to the roof-top deck. A wonderful place to entertain after a long day at the beach, enjoy a cocktail and tapas on the patio with table seating for six. Enjoy the architectural detailing inside the house - including the vaulted ceilings reminiscent of a ship’s bow.
The private Master Suite is quietly, tucked away on the top floor with a generously-sized walk-in closet, separate luggage closet, king bed, Smart TV and relaxing ensuite with triple-head, rainfall shower. A great place to sink into after a long day at the beach.
1st FLOOR:
The first floor boasts nine foot ceilings, crown molding and hardwood floors throughout. The french double doors lead to an entertainment room that can be used to host afternoon cocktails or family movie night and comes fully equipped with a wet bar, beverage fridge, 65” Smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The entertainment room also has a space for those who need to work from home with a desk, printer, monitor, keyboard and mouse that makes it easy for guests to connect a personal computer and get work done.
Follow the long corridor to any one of the four bedrooms located on this floor, including two well-appointed junior suites and two additional bedrooms. The first junior suite has a King bed, while the second junior suite and the two bedrooms have queen beds. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, ceiling fans and closets. The sofa in the entertainment room also converts to a queen bed.
Full washer/dryer are located on this level - making it easy to pack lightly.
LOUNGE POOL & CABANA:
Spend your afternoons relaxing by the heated, saltwater plunge pool (10'x 20') or finish your evenings with dinner from the Weber gas grill. The outdoor bar counter is separated by a motorized pass-through window which opens to the wetbar, mini-fridge, 55” Smart TV and cabana equipped with entertaining essentials.
The pool will be open from Memorial Day to September 14th for the 2024 Season. Don’t forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading in!
**NEW for 2024** dine al fresco in the backyard using the 6-seat Polywood dining table. Easily unload groceries and drinks into the new, full size fridge instead of lugging everything to the main upstairs kitchen fridge!

Enjoy swimming under the watchful eyes of lifeguards located just at the end of our block.
Walk to Dockside Diner for brunch or Stefano’s for dinner just around the corner. Or head to downtown Beach Haven and Fantasy Island which is only a 10-15 minute walk.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY:
-8 beach badges, 10 adult beach chairs, 4 kids beach chairs, umbrellas, beach trolly, beach toys.
- Linens for each bed, bath mats, bathroom hand towels, and light pool towels will be provided (for week-long stays only), however bath towels will not.
- TVs in every bedroom (5), living room (2) and cabana (1)
NOTES:
- Families only
- No parties, proms, or graduations allowed.
- No subletting allowed.
- Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside or outside the property (rooftop deck, pool, driveway, etc).
- Absolutely no pets staying at or visiting the house.
- Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age.
- 12 person max sleeping capacity (2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa). Please do not inquire if your party has more than 12 people.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund if written cancellation is received by 1/31/2024. Partial refund, subject to 20% cancellation fee, if written cancellation is received after 2/1/2024 and prior to 60 days before check-in. No cancellations will be honored if cancellation request is less than 60 days out from check-in date.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
Posted rental rates do not include the cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is an additional charge.

Exceptional Stay!
My extended family stayed about this home for a just over a week. We had the best stay in LBI. Everything was perfect. The home is immaculate with beautiful furnishings. Wai, the owner, was quick to respond and gave very clear instructions on all the home had to offer. The pool was spectacular, the location was perfect. We're already booking our stay for next summer!

Best vacation home
This vacation home is incredible. It has everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, all the amenities! Great location, quick walk to the beach, bay, ice cream and coffee shops and restaurants. The house is so clean with a lovely pool and cabana and an amazing rooftop deck to enjoy the sunsets. We had 4 generations here and was fun for everyone! Would definitely rent this home again. The owner was so great to work with! Excellence all around! Great family vacation!

Family Vacation
The owner of this immaculate house was easy to communicate with through the entire rental process.
The location of this clean, beautifully decorated home was perfect & convenient.
We enjoyed our morning walk to the beach, bike rides, relaxing in the pool & watching the amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck. Three couples, a toddler & baby were comfortable with enough room to spend together or spread out. The en suite bedrooms were a plus. Highly recommended

Exceeded Expectations….
Beautiful home located in the perfect location. Easy walks to the beach, the bay and all that Beach Haven / Bay Village have to offer. The home is fully stocked with all the amenities you need and included bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. Both adults and kids loved coming back to the pool / cabana area after a long day at the beach. Also enjoyed having a coffee or a cocktail on the rooftop deck. Would definitely rent the home again and will be recommending to other friends and family.

Perfect Beach Home
Beautiful home, perfect location. Our family enjoyed our week in this stunning beach house. It is very clean, fully equipped and a perfect spot in LBI. We enjoyed coffee on the second floor deck each morning and a glass of wine watching the sunset on the upper level in the evening. Kids loved the pool and outdoor cabana after a day at the beach! Highly recommend.

Exceptional experience
Our experience in this home was exceptional. I am the pickiest of the picky and this home not only met my expectations but exceeded them. It is immaculately clean, smartly designed (inside and out) with a really wonderful pool/cabana lounge area, perfectly located on the island, very nicely (and comfortably) appointed with loads of special touches/extra conveniences that make this home away from home feel effortless and easy. I was impressed with how organized everything was. The elevator was a great bonus. This home lives quite large with its many windows, tall doors, wide hallways and multiple outdoor spaces. Views were really fun from the rooftop deck. And its systems were easy to operate thanks to the comprehensive "home manual". I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the thoughtful owner who was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this 5-star home and would stay here again and again.

Fantastic house!
Great location, beautifully done, IMMACULATE, really comfortable, and they thought of everything right down to a scoop for the coffee. Owner is friendly and very responsive, and there is plenty of space. Great to have the pool too! Highly recommend.
