Easy access on and off the island and within walking distance to amenities like great local restaurants, a fresh seafood market, retail shopping and mini golf. Stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in unit, granite, central AC, fireplace, a huge private outdoor balcony and so much more! Beautiful common area that includes a heated in-ground pool, hot tub, tiki bar, Weber grills, seating and dining areas and men’s and women’s outdoor shower areas.
SMOKE AND PET FREE - No pets allowed and no smoking in the unit or on deck of unit. The Arlington Beach Club is also conveniently located across from Wawa, the Urgent Care and 7-11! No sitting in frustrating traffic going North or South on the island. The building sits at the end of your scenic incoming drive East, on Route 72. Unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, Central Air, and sleeps up to 6 persons. Two, twin pillow top air mattresses can accommodate an additional 2 for a total of 8 persons. It is a 2nd floor unit (3rd floor of building) and comes with one outdoor, covered, designated parking space in the private lot on premises; with first come first serve visitor spaces. Additionally, there is a private, locked, on-premise 10x15 storage area for convenient pick-up/drop-off of your beach belongings! Use of 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys are included with the rental. 6 beach badges (children 12 and under are free) will accompany the rental unit, as well as 6 pool passes, and must be handed back upon checkout or $50 will be deducted from security deposit for each missing badge/pass. Pool and Jacuzzi are seasonal and are open Memorial Day through September 30. "Tiki Bar” area with a pass through ledge, cabinets and fridge available to renters to store items while down at the pool (items to be removed daily). Two gas grills available on premises along with relaxing courtyard Adirondack seating and dining tables as well. Men’s and women’s enclosed outdoor showers and changing facilities available on the ground floor, near pool.
Beautiful brand new modern kitchen with long peninsula counter and four bar stools for seating. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new premium appliances (gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker), coffee pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans, bakeware, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, chef’s knife block, cooking utensils, etc. We also have stocked the cabinets with some miscellaneous pantry staples like salt, pepper, sugar, spices, cooking oil, etc.
Main open concept living/dining space allows for tons of natural light and is tastefully decorated with a coastal vibe. Hang out on the comfy sectional sofa and watch the 55inch flat screen 4kHD TV. Comcast premium cable also provides access to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Prime TV & more. The unit also comes stocked with various family games for enjoyment, including LBIopoly, a fan favorite!
Dining room table seats six people.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, sliding door access to the balcony, and full modern bathroom with handheld and rain showerheads. First guest bedroom has a queen bed, and closet with sliders. Second guest bedroom has two twin beds and closet with sliders. Living room couch is NOT a pull out sleeper. All mattresses have Deluxe Hotel Mattress Protectors on them. *RENTERS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS* Blankets as comforters are available in the unit. *Linen, towel, and other rentals are available on the island if Tenant chooses, for a reasonable cost.
Covered balcony runs the entire length of the unit, accessible from sliding doors in the master bedroom and from double sliding doors in the living room. Balcony has brand new two wicker rocker chairs, two end tables, two outdoor swivel lounge chairs, and two wicker armchairs.
Unit also includes brand new LG washer and dryer for use along with detergent, softening sheets, etc.
Condo cleaned and sanitized between renters, although vacuum and cleaning products available for use in the unit as well.
Friday to Friday rentals only. In order to secure your week, we’ll need a $500 security deposit (fully refundable within 30 days of departure date assuming no issues with the unit). This security deposit is separate from the rental fee. An additional down payment is required to lock in your reservation with the balance due within 30 days of the reservation date. Returning guests will enjoy a 15% discount on the rental fee.
