Make family vacation memories in this outstanding house with its own private salt-water pool. Comfortably sleeps 12 people: 5 bedrooms, 4 and half bathroom, outdoor shower, large balcony/terrace surrounding the south and west sides and rooftop decks. The house has an elevator, smart TVs and Wi-Fi covering the entire house. 8 beach badges are included.

Located in a quiet block in the very family friendly neighborhood of Beach Haven Terrace, the house is only 3 blocks away from the public ocean beach. On the same block is also a small bay beach for young children who want to stay away from the big waves. Grab a freshly made donut in the morning from Marvel’s bakery and savor your ice-cream from the Meltdown Ice-Cream parlor after a day at the beach in beautiful Veteran’s park. Also, on the next block, you can find Oyster House and Bar, Terrace Tavern and California Grill and Pizza. At sunset, enjoy gathering on the bay side at the end of the block to admire the gorgeous colors reflecting on the water.

The house is set-up as reverse-living:
3rd floor hosts the kitchen with balcony for barbecuing (Weber natural gas grill), living room, dining room, ½ bathroom and a master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom. Wide balconies surround the whole south side of the house for lounging and a large terrace on the west side looking up the bay. Both inside and outside tables seat 12 people. The kitchen has a 6 burners range with grilling plate and 2 ovens, microwave oven and fridge/freezer dispensing ice and cold water. The living room has large sofas to relax and enjoy the panorama on the bay, a working fireplace with a 65" Samsung Frame smart TV on top. Google assistant can play music/news/weather/radio.
2nd floor has 4 large bedrooms, 1 family room with balcony, the laundry room (W/D) and 3 bathrooms. 2 en-suite master bedrooms; one King with balcony and one Queen. 1 children bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4) and 1 teens/guest bedroom with 2 single/twin beds sharing a full bathroom with tub/shower. Family room has games/puzzles, large sofas and a 65” Samsung smart TV to relax after a day at the beach.
1st floor has the salt-water pool, lounging furniture (hamac, long-chairs) on the patio, outdoor shower to rinse off salt after the beach and the garage can comfortably host 2 cars.
Enjoy the sunset on one of the 2 roof-top decks.

a) No Graduation, Prom, Wedding, Bachelor or Bachelorette parties permitted.

b) Maximum Overnight Occupancy: 12.

c) All renters and guests agree to comply with all local laws and ordinances.

d) Smoking on the property is NOT permitted.

e) People other than those in the Guest party set forth herein may not stay overnight in the property. Any person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest/Tenant.

f) The Premises is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

g) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

h) Only use appliances for their intended uses.

i) Pets are NOT allowed.

j) Garage can accommodate a total of 2 Cars; off street driveway pad parking is limited to 2 Additional Vehicles, all other vehicles are to be street parked in designated parking areas only. Parking permits are not required by the township. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing the township; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

k) Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are NOT included in the unit.

l) The tenant and guests shall not make or permit any excessive, disturbing or annoying noise in or around the property. Noise level day and night must comply with local governing ordinances.

m) Water and Sewer: The property is serviced by the township’s systems. The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.

n) Pool Servicing: Weekly Pool Maintenance services will be provided on Fridays from Memorial Day to mid September.

Thanks for a great week

Your home is wonderfully well equipped and the cooks among us really appreciated the kitchen. I think the roof deck views were my favorite and the kids loved the pool. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. Since we booked fairly late in the game, I was just looking for a place that would accommodate my family and I didn’t really know how great a place you have and the pictures never entirely tell the whole story. I was also impressed with how your roof deck drained. We had a couple heavy rains and I never saw water pooling on the roof decks. Thanks again for a great week.

Great House

This house was perfect for our family beach getaway. Walking distance to some restaurants, donut shop and ice cream shop. The views of the sunsets were amazing. We spent the mornings at the ocean/bay beaches and then afternoons at the pool.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend this house.
