Description
Relax and enjoy summer in a prime location on Long Beach Island. Best of all worlds with enormous 20x40 foot in-ground pool, beautifully landscaped over-sized yard with plenty of shade and privacy, lagoon front with new dock, and short (<5 minute) walk to a magnificent beach.
Our lovely home can accommodate up to 8 guests. The first floor has a quiet bedroom with queen bed and large full bath; chef’s kitchen with Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wood-Mode Cabinets and granite countertops; dining room with large table overlooking the lagoon; and newly renovated living room with a 55” smart TV, gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. Air-conditioned garage off the kitchen has extra hang-out space for the kids with games, sleeper sofa for lounging or overnight guests, TV, extra refrigerator and an additional half-bath.
Second floor has two generous bedrooms. The first has a king bed and TV and the second bedroom has full-size bunk beds and a full-size futon, joined by a newly renovated jack-and-jill bathroom. Bunk room has toys, puzzles, and games in case of rainy weather. The house is fully air conditioned and all beds/mattresses/bedding are new.
The house boasts two decks in front and back and a large patio alongside the pool. Enjoy outdoor meals on the deck facing the lagoon or next to the pool. On the back deck across from the lagoon you will also find a propane bar-b-que, a dining table, and access to an over-sized outdoor shower with an attached changing room.
Loveladies is the most private and exclusive area on Long Beach Island. Loveladies is quiet, isolated, and has expansive and uncrowded beaches. Enjoy running, biking, and walking up and down Long Beach Blvd. Restaurants, ice cream, miniature golf, and art and antique shopping are easily accessible in both Barnegat Light and Harvey Cedars! Nearby Viking Village has fresh produce, just-caught seafood, shopping, art and craft shows, sunset cruises to Atlantic City and chartered fishing. Loveladies is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. The life-guarded ocean beach is a short five-minute walk away with deeded beach access across the street. Long Beach Island Arts Foundation is a few blocks to the south and offers children's day camp, yoga, exercise classes, tennis, art classes and more activities for all ages.
We are happy to provide all necessary linens and beach/pool towels. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time on LBI. Guests are welcome to pool and beach toys as well as beach chairs and kayak. We will also provide beach badges for your use during your stay. Bring your own boat - max 30 feet. Wifi provided.

Best vacation ever
My family has been vacationing in LBI for 22 years. This was my first time at 36 Lighthouse Way. The owners were extremely nice. They communicated everything necessary to make arrangements easy. The house was so pretty, comfortable and immaculate. Everything we needed was there and more. The owners take special of their renters. We hope to make this our place to go for years to come.

great vacation
We had the best week at this lovely home. The home was very clean and nicely decorated and plenty of room for our family , It was a short walk to the beach , and the pool was a great way to end the day. The owners are very nice and we had everything we needed for our summer vacation.Highly recommend this listing !
