Description
Your brand-new vacation destination was just completed in March 2022! It’s located in the newly developed Island’s End community of family friendly Holgate; just 2 miles south of Beach Haven. On a sought after one block wide area of the island, we are centrally situated just 8 houses from the beach and 6 houses from the bay.
The home is 2,900 SF, with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms which can easily accommodate 15 guests. The home is a well-appointed reverse living, open floor plan with coastal décor. There is an elevator to provide convenient access throughout the house.
The outdoor area features a 13’x33’ heated inground pool, an outdoor shower, paver patio, gas grill and even a golf putting green. There are two furnished decks in addition to the roof deck with water views and a covered patio area in the backyard. 14 beach badges are included!
The indoor space is all brand-new with a relaxed seaside feel. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen has high end appliances and opens up to the dining room and living room with a gas fireplace. Two living rooms provide ample space for multifamily groups wishing to relax or entertain.
Nearby shopping, dining, bike riding, sightseeing in area. Bayfront park is steps away.

STUNNING!!!!!!
This house is exactly what we had anticipated from the photos are MORE. So spacious and homey. Picture your own home, but at the beach… and better ha-ha. The owners are so responsive and just provided the ultimate experience for us first timers. HIGHLY recommend the holgate area for an intimate, luxe experience as well. We will absolutely be renting this house again!!

Most beautiful house on LBI!
We have been coming to LBI for 20+ plus years and this home, by far, is our favorite! Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone! Obviously too cold to enjoy the outside activities (pool and outdoor lounge area with TV) in January, but the fireplace inside was awesome. Very quick walk to beach and bay! Perfect home to make amazing memories. We will be back!

The house is stocked with everything and spotlessly clean. Quick walk to the beach or the bay and spectacular views. We made such great memories and will 100000% be back!

Awesome Home with Endless Amenities
This home was exceptionally beautiful, tastefully decorated, spotless, and had all the amenities a family could want. We have been renting at the Jersey shore for decades, and this was, by far, the best equipped rental home we have encountered-- from every kitchen appliance and utensil imagined to many games (outside and inside), pool lounges and toys, paper supplies, and baby equipment. (Toward the end of our stay we actually tried to find something the owners had forgotten and we could not think of a thing!) The seperate living area and deck spaces were great because they enabled our extended family to "spread out" when needed. Location was perfect because it was a short, 5 minute stroll to the beach and at the same time we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the roof top deck. Having a small deli within walking distance was also a nice surprise. The owners were very responsive to any question we had and were very pleasant. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back soon!

Fantastic Home in LBI NJ!
The home is new and has every amenity that we could have asked for and many that we didn't know we needed but loved having. Plenty of rooms for people to get away from kids making noise in the game room. . It is in fantastic shape, clean, and the owners are the best we've ever dealt with. The location met our needs perfectly. It is at the end of LBI so traffic is almost non-existent. It is within 2.5 miles of shopping and restaurants. Bowkers is a few hundred yards away and a great choice for breakfast and lunch sandwiches (try their other store for burgers and pies/cakes). The beach entry point closest to the home has a steep walk down to the ocean but many days we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Almost every night we joined our neighbors on our rooftop decks to watch the sun set on the bay. We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the putting green. The only negative was a few days of green head flies but OFF keeps them away. This is the best house we've ever rented.

This was such a great immaculately clean house! Has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation even if it rains. From beach chairs and umbrellas to the Xbox, ping pong and arcade games. It has it all. The elevator was such an amazing feature you may not think you need but your back will thank you during check-in and check-out. Loved the pool and the putting green was awesome. Kerry the owner was very responsive and super accommodating. Can’t wait to go back again!
