The reversed-living floorplan assures optimum pleasure with upper level providing vacation atmosphere everywhere--from the all-new furniture to the 180 degree water views in the formal dining room. Unending windows encircle the living/sitting area with southern exposure and let us not forget the large TV over the fireplace for those"never-can-miss" sporting events. The kitchen is designed for some serious cooking with 2 stoves (1 gas and 1 electric) and center island provides area to display the dining selections. In the adjancent LARGE pantry, there is another refrigerator, full size freezer and another washer and dryer.On this level is another fullpath with tub. Now onto the large deck with dining area to enjoy that Jersey morning coffee with cascading views of sandy beaches and ocean waves. All 5 bedrooms are on the first level. The master suite includes 2 bedrooms each leading to the outside deck(with 4 lounge chairs). The large bedroom has semicircle view capturing sunrises on the horizon. It has a king size bed. Plus the adjacent bedroom has a full-size bed with lots of closet room--Large master bath. Adding to this level are 3 more bedrooms--1 queen, 1 full and 2 twin beds--another full bath.. The deck stretches from the master to the southern end of house.
The guests will access to the 2 car garage another another laundry area---new large washer.
Additional helpful things:
Upon arrival 10 (ten) beach badges will be on dinignroom table. When you leave, ALL 10 badges must be on dining room table. If any pages are missing, a $40.00 replacement charge for each missing badge will be deducted from security deposit.
All linens and all towels will be furnished by guests.
