Perfect for large or extended families! Sleeps 15. Our reverse-living home finished in 2022 is just a short block from the beach and boasts many amenities. Linens and towels provided. Two family rooms inside plus multiple decks and lots of additional outdoor spaces to hang out. All bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs, ceiling fans, nightstands, dressers, closets and room darkening blinds. The house has two-zone central air and upgraded WiFi.

The middle floor features a family room with wet bar with a beverage fridge and a 55" flat screen TV. A sliding glass door opens to an outdoor sitting area. There are also four bedrooms on this floor, all with smart TVs, ceiling fans, dresser and nightstands.

The four bedrooms on the middle floor are as follows:

Junior suite with King bed and private full bath.

Second junior suite with king bed and private full bath.

Bedroom with two full beds.

Bedroom with twin over full bunk with a trundle.

These two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub.

The family room on this level has a Queen size Memory foam sleeper sofa- easy to open and very comfortable, with no bar.

The full-sized side by side washer and dryer can also be found on this level.

The upstairs level boasts an open-concept light and airy living area which has a 65" flat screen TV over the gas fireplace.

The dining area has a 72" round table with 10 chairs.

The kitchen boasts all high-end stainless steel appliances, large center island with seating for four, coffee bar with regular and Keurig coffee machines and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, eat, drink and be merry.

Two sliding glass doors on this level open to a large deck- the dining area of the deck is covered and has a ceiling fan. The other area is ideal for lounging, with outdoor sofa and a swivel rocker and cocktail table..

The spacious primary bedroom suite with king bed, private full bath, separate water closet, flat screen TV, dresser, nightstands , a desk and chair and walk-in-closet, a Juliette balcony and another door which opens to the deck is also on this level.

There is an additional powder room on this level.

The two-level rooftop deck offers beautiful ocean and bay views, allowing you to watch the sun rise and set, and is accessible via an interior staircase. One level has a 36" pub table with four chairs and the other level has a firepit table and eight Adirondack chairs, with two other Adirondack chairs which can be pulled over.

On the ground floor, the elevator can be accessed from the garage. The enclosed backyard with privacy fence features a 16'x9' heated saltwater Maui cocktail pool with six chaise lounges and surfboard-shaped bar table with four stools. Adjacent to the pool area is a covered patio sitting area with sofas swivel rocker, cocktail table, ceiling fan, overhead heater for chilly evenings and 55" outdoor TV. A sliding glass door leads from the patio area to a garage area which has an additional refrigerator/freezer, as well as pingpong table, corn hole set and foosball table. We have six bikes for your use. The outdoor grill will also be at this level, and of course, there is an outdoor shower with lighting and separate changing area.

We will provide 10 beach badges (badges are only required for those over 11 yrs), 12 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart and some beach toys for your use.

Brant Beach is a wonderful section of LBI, centrally located so that a trip to Beach Haven or Barnegat Light is equally easy, and you avoid much of the island traffic at the beginning and end of your stay. At the end of our street, Ocean Blvd. runs for miles, and is perfect for running, biking and walking, with a speed limit of 15 mph during the summer. The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk from the house. We are very close to Daddy-Os, La Bamba, Bagels & Beyond, The Island Shop, Lucille's Candies, Shore Brake cyclery and a short walk (less than half mile) to Hartland mini golf and arcade, Ferrara's Bakery and Ice Cream and much more.

About the owners: I have been coming to Long Beach Island all my life; my parents had a home on the island in Brant Beach for 40 years. It is truly my happy place.
