This reverse living house is accessed by an elevator and has unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay from the living room, kitchen, dining area and all three decks. This is a fantastic location with boat rentals across the street and a playground around the corner.
The house is within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop, mini golf, sunset cruises, party boats, fishing, crabbing and para sailing. It is a short distance to Viking village, the bay beach for small children and a boat launch.
Well equipped kitchen, 10 beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, games, fishing and crabbing equipment provided.
Top floor has the master bedroom with a private bathroom as well as the large living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath and access to the rooftop deck. Second floor has a secondary living room, junior suite with private bath, and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. Sleeps 8-10.

Amazing Vacation at Sunset Bay
Absolutely loved this house! You will not find a better equipped, clean, comfortable home in BL. The owners have thought of everything!! Kitchen has everything imaginable you could possible need to prepare a fantastic meal. The beach equipment and bikes were great and location location location!!! Beautiful sunsets and how relaxing to just sit and watch the boats go by! Stunning views of the Lighthouse coupled with a great layout you can't go wrong with this one! The pictures are very accurate, but the house is stunning in person. Walk or bike to all Barnegat Light has to offer, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, ice cream - its the perfect location! My family consisting of three generations had a memorable stay and we can not wait to return! Owner was a pleasure to deal with!
