Description

Be one of the first ever to stay at this beautifully appointed, brand new home on the bay in Harvey Cedars. Enjoy 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and over 3,100 square feet of living space. It is a perfect place for entertaining with Wolf appliances, gas fireplace, double islands, separate media room with wet-bar, and more. You'll have bay views galore from the expansive deck space and crow's nest. The pool is heated and a perfect balance with the ocean just a few blocks away.

The first floor is the main entertaining space with an open layout and 9-foot-ceilings. The junior master suite with king bed + bath is also on the first floor. The second floor has 10-foot ceilings, the master bedroom + expansive bath with double rain showers. There is also a kids' bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks. The remainder of the second floor has a media room + wet-bar, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds. There is also a desk in one of the bedrooms if work-from-home is in the plan. There is a large bathroom with soaker tub on the second floor as well.

The outdoor space has direct bay access and 50-feet of waterfront + outdoor shower. Best of all is the brand new pool measuring 30 x 14. It is saltwater and heated.

You'll have everything you need to create memories for a lifetime: 10-beach badges, gas BBQ grill, flat screens in every bedroom except for the bunk room, hi-speed internet, Peloton Bike, wine storage in both the butler's pantry as well as the media room. The only thing we ask is to treat the home like your own as we have put a lot of love into the design and finishes.

Dream Vacation

Our family could not have loved this home more. The house is gorgeous, it is well maintained and managed. Jeffrey (owner/manager) was a joy to work with. The house is spacious with room for everyone to spread out and the deck was a relaxing gathering space with views to take away all stress. The kids and adults enjoyed everything that Jeffrey had to offer....pool, beach, ping pong, pop a shot, kayak and paddle board. We really had no reason to leave the property, we loved every minute of our time there.

Great Property!

Stayed at this property for two weeks in early summer 2023. Owner was very easy / straight-forward to work with, very available for any support or questions during the stay, and took great care of the property and home. Home was beautiful and well-represented in the photos, but also well-appointed with many thoughtful touches and features that we appreciated upon arrival. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing on every floor. Pool / pool deck were very comfortable (some pool toys were provided by the owner) and back deck with bay access was. great for children / young adults (a kayak and paddle board were made available to us by the owner, which were great fun). Walk to the beach was short and easy with beach gear, and the beach was uncrowded and well-guarded. Home location in Harvey Cedars most ideal for us (having stayed historically in Loveladies and Barnegat Light) - has some restaurants and easy-to-use conveniences close by (including tennis / paddle ball at public park down the street), and avoids the crowds found further south on LBI while still a short drive from Surf City / Ship Bottom commercial districts. Highly recommend this property!

Paradise Found

This house has everything…bay location, sunset views, beautiful interior/exterior, extra amenities and the list goes on. The pool was like a bath with special lounge areas built in and access to the bay with a kayak and paddle board was an added bonus. Many people commented on how gorgeous the house was while we stayed there and I wish we could say it was our own! Jeff was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Home. Extremely accommodating owners

The owners of this property were great! They were extremely transparent about the construction process as my family was scheduled to be the first to rent after a major renovation. The house is beautiful, and the location is amazing. I really appreciate the way the owners handled the process.
