The house is situated ocean block, one off the beach just outside of town. Tastefully decorated and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. The home has 5 bedrooms (3 ensuite), 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms.
The top floor has a gourmet kitchen with all of the modern amenities and top of the line appliances. The Primary bedroom is also located on the top floor of the home and features a king sized bed, a private balcony and a beautiful en suite. A cozy living room (with Full Sleep sofa) and dining room finish off the space.
On the main bedroom level of the home there are 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and an en suite private bathroom. The bunk room consists of a twin over full bunk with a trundle; there is also a lego table filled with games and puzzles for kids of all ages. The 5th bedroom/office on this floor has a single pull out sofa. There is a family room with a large comfy sofa, wet bar/beverage fridge and a private balcony.
The garage is equipped with all of the gear needed for a day at the beach as well as a second full size fridge/freezer for easy access while entertaining outside. There is even a half bathroom in the garage for quick trips back from the pool or beach! The backyard has an outdoor shower with a private changing area and the yard is fenced in for privacy. Gorgeous HEATED in ground saltwater pool is the focal point of the backyard oasis with an outdoor kitchen over looking the yard.
This luxury beach home has been designated as a ‘Golden Sand Dollar’ property. To earn this designation a home must be well kept and offer above average amenities.

Great property - and accessible!
Just came back from a week in this beautiful rental property. There were 9 of us: my husband and I and our two adult children and their spouses and our .three grandchildren aged 1.5, 2.5 and 5. My husband is in a wheelchair and the home is very accessible. There was enough space for all of us to be very comfortable!
The heated pool was a hit! One house from the beach, though the ocean view is partially blocked by the beach front homes.
The house is extremely well stocked, with a welcoming pantry with everything one could need. The kitchen is high end; we had a chef cook for us one night and he was thrilled by the kitchen!
Stacy was great to work with and we look forward to renting again next summer!

Perfect Beach House
Truly a wonderful house. The owners thought of everything someone might need and included it in this rental. When we wanted a full breakfast or a home cooked dinner, it was great to have a such a well equipped kitchen. Huge TV was great to watch the Mets beat the Braves!
Our family of 5 adults also really enjoyed being able to switch from enjoying the morning on the beach to playing corn hole and having a drinks by the pool in the late afternoon. Truly the best of both worlds! We also loved the crows nest to watch fireworks near and far as well as cotton candy sunsets daily.

New favorite LBI rental!!
We had the perfect long weekend at this beautiful home! Everything about this rental is top quality. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished and so spacious. The location is right next to the beach entrance so getting on and off the beach was so easy (especially with 4 children!) and if you didn’t feel like getting sandy, you could opt for the perfect backyard pool, which we used frequently. The backyard area was complete with pool toys/rafts, backyard games, a very convenient bathroom and fridge located in the garage, awesome grill set up, and speaker system to enjoy some music. The attention to detail that the owner and rental service put into this house is outstanding; the house is stocked with supplies in case you forget anything - everything from toiletries to paper products to toys and games for the kids to extra snacks in the pantry. We cannot wait to rent this house again!

Great house, perfect weekend!
We were down for a long weekend for a family get together and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Despite the rainy weather the house proved to be a perfect spot to get together with all the amenities and accommodations it has to offer. Plenty of room and great location with beach access a few steps from the house. We were able to use the outside pool area which was nice and relaxing! Great working with Stacy, very helpful and always a quick response if we had any questions. Beautiful, clean home. We hope to get back for another longer vacation!!
