Open and spacious single family house that is perfect for large families or multiple families that want to vacation together but still want their own space.
2 floors of complete living space. Each floor has 3 bedrooms (each have a master with en suite), 2 bathrooms and its own kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining area and deck. There is also a large rooftop deck with spectacular views of the sunset and perfect for 4th of July fireworks. The fully fenced in backyard includes an outdoor shower, covered patio area and dining for 12.
The bedrooms have all new furniture and are laid out as follows: 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed, 2 bedrooms with twin-over-full bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.
Perfect location offers short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars, Bay Village, Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf Waterpark, mini golf, and more.
House is rented weekly only (Saturday - Saturday) in-season.
No parties, no pets, no exceptions.

Payment Info: 50% of rental fee required upfront to book. Remaining balance plus $750 security deposit is due 30 days before check-in date.

Great house !!
This house is great for multiple families who want their own space. The 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms were amazing! So many bathrooms, close to the beach and short walk to amusement and water park. Our families had an amazing week! The house was very clean. So many beach chairs in the garage. This house did not disappoint. Definitely renting again for next year.

Great home, great location!
Beautiful home with a great layout to accommodate two families! Two kitchens and laundry rooms can be a plus if needed. The location is ideal on the beachside, with a quick walk to Bay Village. Biggy's for take-out at the corner of the Boulevard is a bonus! I highly recommend inquiring about this rental. Plenty of beach badges and a variety chairs in the garage - no need to schlep your own!

Incredible Family Stay
Our family of 12 was SO incredibly lucky to have found and booked this LBI gem. We loved the two floors and TWO kitchens! There was SO much space and we all felt comfortable. We loved watching bay sunsets on the roof and having family dinners in the beautiful backyard. The decks off of each level were also well used. Oh! And the two sets of washers and dryers!! Unbelievable!! The kids (10 yr, 7 yr, 5yr and 20-mo) loved the space and enjoyed playing with the games and sand toys that came with the house. SO grateful for the plentiful beach chairs that were in great condition and the third fridge in the garage to use for extra drinks. Walking to the beach was a breeze and it was a lot of fun to be in a quiet area but to also be able to take a 5 min walk to shops and the water park and fantasy island. The best of all worlds in LBI!! The quality of the furniture/bedding/etc was great and aesthetically the space was well designed - it exceeded our expectations. Todd was VERY communicative and though we had no issues that needed to be resolved, his response time about other questions was great. Highly recommend!!

Spacious, well kept home
We had a wonderful week in this Beach Haven Rental. The house was very clean, well organized and more than adequately supplied with household and beach items. Homeowners keep this house in great condition. There is more than enough space for one or two families as each of the living levels had bedrooms, bathrooms, washer/dryer and full working kitchen. The three deck choices were a wonderful treat as well. You are also only a short walk to the beach or the shops downtown. Great location.

Quiet and well-equipped
I have stayed here 2 times a great neighborhood . You can walk to everything , And even with the bar across the street it is very quiet !!! the house is very well-equipped . A++++++++++++

Beautiful Property and Perfect Location
The house is beautiful and neat as a pin. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was plenty of room for the whole extended family and we made great memories together. For quiet time, having a TV in every bedroom was great. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!
We have been staying on LBI for the past 10 years and this house is our favorite. This was our first visit to the house and it was immaculate and spacious (perfect for a large family or for two families). There were many nooks for privacy (terraces and a roof deck) and lots of places for comfortable socializing in either of the well-equipped kitchens or on the sectional couch. We especially loved the convenient location - perfectly situated to all the "action" of Fantasy Island, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The owners are very responsive. Hope to visit again!

Great home for big/extended families
Lou and Tracy take wonderful care of their hone. They go out of their way to provide what guests will need. The home is a perfect configuration for extended families to be together while having their own space. Our favorite parts of the house are the roof top and front decks! It's a great home in the heart of Beach Haven!
