Relax at the Surfside Sanctuary!
This is the 2nd floor of a 2 story duplex (up stairs). Its a 3 bedroom, 1 full bath unit. We are just 5 houses from the beautiful, soft Brant Beach sand. A 2 minute walk, if that.. We are located close to the bridge for easy mainland access if needed. This is a SUNDAY to SUNDAY rental so you will NEVER have to deal with the Saturday change over traffic! Saturday changeover may be available upon request.
Sleeps 6 comfortably (can stretch it to 8 with small children). The master has a queen bed, the 1st bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 full (bunk bed, see pictures) and the 3rd bedroom has a twin daybed (that opens into a king). There are 2 very clean outdoor showers on the north side, ground level of the house, and a private balcony on the south side of the home, only accessible to the 2nd floor renter. There is a shared grill with full propane tanks in the backyard.
This kitchen has all the amenities you would expect (oven, stove, microwave, utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, etc.) however there is no dishwasher. There is a shared washer dryer accessible from the north side of the house. Linens and Towels are NOT provided so be sure to pack what you need. Pillows and blankets are provided.
6 beach badges are provided. 6 beach chairs are provided. 1 beach umbrella is provided.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Owner reserves the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee separate from the rental fees listed.

Long weekend
We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for our group. The place is bright and cheery and very clean. Bedrooms are spacious. My girls especially liked the bunk room. Steps to the beach. I will be looking to rent again next year.

Surfside Sanctuary
This rental is so close to the beach. It was great being able to run up and back for lunch. Unit is big enough for a family with a nice open floor plan, big deck and great outdoor shower! You will enjoy your stay here

We just booked a week in August for the 2nd Floor of the Surfside Sanctuary. Ryan made the entire booking process a breeze; he's friendly, thorough and gets back to you almost immediately. The Surfside Sanctuary looks beautiful, and we can't wait to vacation there.

Ryan and Amy were a pleasure to work with, Friendly and extremely helpful!! Their beach house is perfectly located for easy access to the beach and the many activities a family can do at LBI. The second floor had the many amenities one has at home and super comfortable a family of 6.
