This is the 1st floor of a 2 story duplex (downstairs), a 3 bedroom, 1 full bath unit. We are just 5 houses from the beautiful, soft Brant Beach sand. A 2 minute walk, if that... We are located close to the bridge for easy mainland access if needed.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. The master has a brand new Queen bed installed in late August (see photos), the 2nd bedroom has a new twin-over-full bunk and a new twin bed (see new photos), essentially sleeping 4 if the full is shared. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed (sleeps up to 2). There are 2 very clean outdoor showers on the north side, ground level of the house, and a private porch on the south side of the home, only accessible to the 1st floor renter. There is a shared grill with full propane tanks in the backyard along a new picnic table outdoor dining.
The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect (oven, stove, microwave, utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, etc.) however there is no dishwasher. There is a shared washer dryer accessible from the north side of the house. This 1st floor unit also has its own washing machine in the kitchen.
Linens and Towels are NOT provided so be sure to pack what you need. Pillows and blankets are provided.
6 beach badges are provided. 6 beach chairs are provided. 1 beach umbrella is provided.
Linen and Towel Rentals are available!
Security deposit is $500. See policies and terms below.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Owner reserves the right to charge a $150 cleaning fee separate from the rental fees listed.

Easy
I worked with the owner Ryan on my upcoming 2022 summer rental. I haven't stayed in the property yet but I've seen plenty of rental properties on the island over the years. I can tell from the pictures it's well kept, clean and very close to the beach. Should be great for my family of 5 and no worries about crossing the always-busy boulevard. Aside from all that, Ryan is a pleasure to work with. He's hyper responsive and very easy to work with. You can't go wrong here...

Amazing week
We just returned from an amazing week at Surfside Sanctuary. Ryan was incredible to work with throughout the entire booking process and our stay. The location can not be beat- literally footsteps from the beach. We stayed on the first level and loved sitting out on the spacious front porch. We had 6 adults/teens and there was plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. The private outdoor shower is also a huge plus. Can’t say enough good things- is was a great week and we look forward to going back next year!
