Has Everything
I’ve been going down to LBI’s for last 20 plus years. We usually stay up north in Harvey Cedars, a 3 story Beach house. This time around my brother booked it and we stayed in Beach Haven
This place was absolutely beautiful. 3 story brand new house with a pool. The whole set up was so nice and it easily fit my family of four, my in-laws as well as my brother’s family of 5. It also has a room on the ground floor that could be used for guest to crash. Similar to the place we used to stay with the Big exception of how close and convenient everything was and the pool. Fantasy Island is right up the block and way more options of food ( pizza bagel stores and restaurant) and all within walking distance. The beach is a block and half away and at the end of the day we would hit the backyard pool. We spent most nites on the roof top where the sky was lit up from the amusement park. The pool and location are a game changer can’t wait to go back next year.

Amazing Rental in the Perfect Location!
My family and I love LBI and we frequently rent houses but this was a one of a kind experience. The house was beautiful, immaculate, and spacious. The location was perfect for the adults and the kids. Being steps away from Fantasy Island, the best restaurants in LBI, and all the shops made the house extremely convenient. I would highly recommend this rental and I'll be sure to book the house again soon!

I was so happy I was able to secure a week at your new build. The amenities you offer like the beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs are such a perk! The location, the pool and the service...truly was a great stay from start to finish. Our family looks forward to returning.

Booking again!
A few of my girlfriends and I needed one last weekend of summer and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for a weekend at the shore. The house is so beautiful and thoughtfully designed, we spent mornings enjoying coffee on the decks and taking in the views and nights playing ping pong and having laughs by the pool. The location is perfect to just park for the weekend and go to shops, restaurants and of course the beach! All of the beds were super comfortable too which is huge for me. I will definitely be back!!

Beautiful NEW home!
My friends and I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home! This house is perfectly located right by Fantasy Island, Bay Village and other shops and restaurants. It’s also just two blocks to the beach! The size is excellent for larger groups, the house provided plenty of space for all of us. There were a number of balconies attached to common areas as well as the bedrooms and an awesome rooftop deck! The house was extremely clean and tidy, and offered great accommodations overall. We loved our time here and hope to return next year!
