The other Two bedrooms also have queen size beds. Two bathrooms on the first floor, one has a shower tub combo, toilet, sink. Second bathroom features a Standup shower stall, toilet, sink. Plentiful views from the Second Floor oversized family room make this room a sought after gathering place. Relax on one of the 3 sofas while watching a 60” TV. Down the hall are three Bedrooms & 2 bathrooms Master bedroom has a NEW Queen bed with own private Wheelchair accessible bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The extensive ground level decking overlooking the bay features a hot tub for relaxing evenings watching incredible sunsets. I DO NOT rent to anyone under the age of 25. No prom parties. No graduation parties.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival. Cleaning included on weekly rentals; extra on shorter stays. Check or Zelle accepted.
We welcome one dog and/or one service or assistive dog. Cleaning Fee applies - please check add-on Fees when inquiring. We do have Ring and outdoor Cameras and will verify. Please Thank you.

This property and management was terrific, highly recommend. The house was spotless and ready to go once we checked in. Communication was great. Beautiful sunsets at night right on the bay, book with confidence !

Beautiful House. Spectacular Location!
This is a gorgeous, peaceful property right on the bay. It’s a 20 minute walk to the beach. There were 11 of us and we fit fine. I’m not sure how you’d fit 16 though. Craig was helpful throughout the process. Easy to work with.

Just what we were looking for!
Just what we were looking for! We had a great time in this home. The water views we’re amazing and the location great! Being in a wheelchair, the oversize entries to the master and bathroom and use of the elevator were wonderful!

Nice house
Great bayfront set up. House is nice with three bedrooms on each floor - good for two families. The public boat launch is down the street so that does cause quite a lot of boat traffic on the bay cruising by which is a little loud, but it’s made up for by the views and fun of having so much bay frontage. Overall a very nice rental.

Great views, plenty of room
My wife and I rented this home for a last-minute, after-season, long-weekend getaway to replace the week-long vacation we canceled earlier this summer. We always rent a place that has more bedrooms than we need since it usually means there’s more inside space to spread out as well as more useable outdoor space. Plus, our dog prefers her own sleeping quarters, and we simply must accommodate her.
With six bedrooms this home had plenty of space for the three of us and, I would imagine, would be of sufficient size for a much larger group with two per bedroom. There’s a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a large dining table on the first floor, and a large gathering room with a smaller table on the second floor.
The property is on an outside corner facing the bay, and the wraparound decks on the second floor provide an almost 180-degree view of the water surrounding houses, and offer an unimpeded view of the sunset.
The only suggestion I’d make is to have Netflix or premium channels available on the TV, since it might be a bit of a challenge entertaining a large group staying there during bad weather without it.

Best rental on LBI
We couldnt have had a better trip!! The house is absolutely gorgeous and is in the perfect location!! Owner responded to all of our messages immediately and was very helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in south Jersey!!

Fabulous house.
Our compound was perfect. Right on the bay. Lots of crabbing, kayaking and some clamming. Location is awesome. Near causeway and jet skiing 10 mins away. Amazing sunsets.
