This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private, fenced in backyard with tiki-bar and a finished game room in the garage. The ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball table, and pac-man machine will entertain for hours and provide lasting fun memories.

We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Excellent Vacation House
My family and I have been going to Long Beach Island for our annual family vacation for years. This year, we decided to try out a new house, which was honestly the best decision. This listing is not only close to the beach but also spacious, has excellent upgrades, and is perfect for a big family. It comes with a bunk bed, perfect for our kids, and two other bedrooms. The kitchen is a good size for making all meals, two big tables for family dinners, and an excellent couch for watching the Olympics. The decks give you the ability to enjoy the outside with your privacy. The game room is also a great space should you need extra activities for the kids. The owners are also super kind, very responsive, and accommodating. Honestly, the only red flag for those who have mobility issues is the two big flights of stairs - but I looked at it as a nice stairmaster workout. There is no question that we will return.

Group Trip
The house is beautiful, exactly as described! Everything is updated, from the kitchen, living room, bathrooms to the bedrooms. We loved the front Adirondack chairs on the patio, as well as the bench in the back patio. The garage had lots of entertainment, leading to the backyard. And we were able to enjoy the beach which was only steps away. On top of it all,the hosts were amazing - so responsive and attentive. Would love to go back in the future!

Henry and Diane were wonderful hosts. Our family had an amazing stay during the kite festival weekend. The house was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable, 2 houses for the beach and bike-able to Fantasy Island, restaurants and other attractions. Highly recommended.

I am so happy that I got to stay with Henry and Diane. Their place was beautiful and clean. In addition, the location was convenient and in the best part of LBI. We had an amazing stay for a girls weekend! The house is beautiful, in an incredible location and so well equipped!! We loved how close we were to the beach, we could walk to many restaurants, we cooked and enjoyed the backyard! We had plenty of space and would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this house and trip! Everything from the time we arrived to the time we checked in was perfect! The house was stunning inside and out. The location couldn’t have been better. Staying with 3 year old twins and a 6 year old was so much easier being that close to the beach! The owners we so quick to respond anytime we reached out. We will absolutely stay there again!
