This 2020 built oceanside home is the perfect LBI getaway located close to the beach in a great neighborhood just a short bike ride from all the entertainment in Beach Haven. There’s plenty of room for family and friends to spread out in 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a huge open kitchen/dining/living room as well as a second family room and ample outdoor living space. This setup is ideal for multiple families with an upstairs master bedroom with king bed, two junior suites each with a king bed and bunk beds for three children, an additional bedroom with a king bed, and a final bedroom with a queen over twin trundle. This home is well appointed with a chef's kitchen (Viking range and hood, Sub-Zero wine fridge, ice maker, 2 dishwashers, etc), sleeping for 17 in bedrooms and 6 more in pull outs, indoor dining seats for the entire group, and an elevator. A spacious and private tree-lined side yard encompasses a heated pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen, covered cabana (featuring a 75" TV, sectional, surfboard bar, and large dining table) and a beautiful custom cedar outdoor shower. There are great views of the ocean and bay from two upper level decks as well as a spacious roof deck. Lots of fun to be had with the ping pong table, large flat screen TVs in every room, classic video arcade game machine (with over 4K games from the 80s and 90s), pool basketball goal and volleyball net, and cornhole boards and bags. This North Beach Haven neighborhood is the perfect LBI location...a quiet low key beach street from which you can easily walk or bike to all the restaurants, shops and bars in Beach Haven.

Fantastic Experience!
Our party was comprised of five family units, with three children under the age of 10, which proved to be a perfect match with this wonderful five-bedroom home. Each bedroom had a king/queen bed, and three of them were ensuite. All of the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and attractively decorated, and included top-rate mattresses.The kitchen was state-of-the art and well appointed, and met the needs (and exceeded expectations) of those in our party who did the cooking.
The spaciousness of the house offered numerous quiet areas to which to escape.
The arcade games for the kids were a definite plus, but the highlight of our vacation was surely the outdoor pool/spa, grill and sitting area, complete with a 75'
TV. We spend a great deal of time there, since the cold Gulf Stream current the week we were there rendered the ocean too cold for swimming. We did note, however, that there were sufficient beach chairs and equipment, all in immaculate condition - as was the entire house. The weekly pool service and grill cleaning service were also much appreciated.
Lastly, we found the Realty staff, especially our contact Kelli, to be extremely responsive and helpful, and we felt that they really cared that our rental experience be first rate, which it was. Definitely our best rental experience after years of summer LBI rentals!
Another major plus for our party, especially for some senior members, was the very useful and easy to use elevator.

Perfect In Every Way
We spent the last two weeks of August with our four adult children and their families including 5 children ages infant through 6, celebrating our 40th anniversary/vow renewal. Everything was absolutely perfect.
The house was immaculately clean, including pool service each week, grill cleaning service each week and cleaning service at the end of our first week.
The decor is beautiful throughout. It is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space (pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor dining/living/kitchen areas were amazing.
The inclusion of Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, beach cart and bikes was incredibly helpful!
The house manager, Kelli, was wonderful and helped with some reservations, suggestions for the vow ceremony and checked in with us frequently via text to make sure everything was good (it absolutely was).
Highly recommend!

Incredible Summer Rental
We loved every minute of our stay! What an amazing home complete with every extra you can imagine. Immaculate and styled to perfection. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax and enjoy so many perfectly created indoor and outdoor entertainment zones. Owners are an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive and so welcoming. A true treasure on the island we love.

Island Time Exceeded Expectations
My family has been coming to LBI on and off for 60 years. We wanted a house big enough for a few families and with conveniences for our elderly mother like an elevator and bedroom on the main level. We were so pleased when we found 25 East 20th St last year. The house, which was lovely inside and out, exceeded our expectations. There were so many wonderful, thoughtful amenities, from the fully stocked kitchen (loved the LBI Yetis!) to the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool and hot tub and outside living space were also big hits with everyone. We look forward to another stay in 2023!

5 Stars for Island Time
We couldn't have hoped for a better family vacation in LBI and Island Time exceeded our expectations in every way! The property had something for everyone from kids to adults but the pool and hot tub were liked by all! 5 stars for amazing amenities across the board ... here were some of our favorites:
1 Star for the bikes ... there were so many available for adults and kids. We rode bikes everyday to take in the views, get to places and we got some exercise in too.
2 Stars for the beach chairs and umbrellas ... we didn't have to bring our own which was so helpful. And they were super nice - Tommy Bahama beach gear for the win.
3 Stars for the amazing outdoor space ... pool, hot tub, beautiful outdoor shower, gorgeous and sparkling clean grills, and fun games.
4 Stars for the open concept main level ... the kitchen is gorgeous with amazing high-end appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining room, main sitting area and outdoor deck. We loved having coffee on the main deck.
5 Stars for YETI's ... Island Time had A LOT of Yeti cups in every color ... we loved them especially at the pool (and the Yeti cooler came in handy when we went to the beach as well).
6 Stars (yes adding a 6th) ... For Kelli the house manager! She was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. So nice and knowledgable ... she had some great food recommendations as well. Thank you to Kelli and the Sonnenburg's for their hospitality!

The Perfect Shore Getaway!!
Our family had the most wonderful stay here over Teachers’ Convention - the house was immaculate and in the PERFECT location! Gorgeous accommodations and decks on each level that take advantage of the views LBI has to offer. (The roof was our clear family favorite.) Walked easily to the beach, got around the island so quickly (thanks, off-season!) and truly enjoyed everything the house has to offer. Each bedroom was perfectly appointed, with more communal areas than we could ever need to hang out, cook and relax, either inside or out! The hosts were wonderful and had answered all of our Qs before we even had to ask them. We can’t wait to return in warmer weather and truly enjoy everything seasonal about this home!

What a Perfect Spot for a 50-year Reunion
During the pandemic I connected with several fraternity brothers I had not seen in 50 years who now live in multiple states across the country. Enjoying our remote calls so much, we decided to get together in early September and found this amazing newly constructed house in North Beach Haven. It was the perfect choice. We each had our own bedroom. The kitchen was laid out to let us prepare meals and converse comfortably. The large hot tub was just the right spot for deep conversation. We watched several movies on the oversized outdoor television with enhanced sound, and the early September temperature was just right for long walks, beach fishing and several dips in the ocean. The house is within comfortable walking distance of "downtown Beach Haven" so we enjoyed several breakfasts and dinners, all with outdoor dining availability. We plan to reunite annually and have adopted IslandTime as our new official fraternity house.

Great place, great location
Amazing place for a girls' luxury getaway weekend! Beautiful house inside and out with incredible kitchen, decks, patio - all around incredible space to both gather and spread out. Stunning kitchen had absolutely everything we needed - loved all of the vacation touches - especially the built in ice maker! Such fun riding bikes around Beach Haven, hitting the local restaurants and enjoying rooftop drinks while watching sunsets to die for. Can't wait to return!
