Appliances include a separate ice maker to avoid those trips to market when you need to fill your cooler to the beach. Master bedroom includes King bed, smart TV and Standing Desk with big monitor for easy connection. Rooftop terrace, patio and downstairs courtyard with BBQ provides you ample space to enjoy the outdoors and windy island breezes. Sleeps up to 10 people. 2 blocks away from the ACME and Skipper Dipper (favorite ice scream place!). Professionally landscaped oasis, brand new ground floor patio furniture and outdoor firepit.
Will consider small/medium well trained dog.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great Week
We loved staying at Sunset Bay! The house is updated and open with a modern kitchen. The location is terrific. Our family walked and biked everywhere - to both Beach Haven and Ship Bottom for dinners out, and everywhere in between. LB Blvd is busy but having Beach Ave to run, walk and bike on was great!! The 91st St beach is absolutely gorgeous. Having Acme so close was super convenient. The kids would walk to Skipper Dipper or the candy store on their own some days. The roof deck is great and the sunsets on the bay and so beautiful!
The house has no cable tv but all streaming services are available. We used the beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards w beach umbrellas every day. The outdoor shower is really nice!!! Lots of space to stash your stuff and change in there and it’s super clean.
Ravi was so great, communication was super easy and he’s just a lovely host.

Family Vacation
My family and I just got back from a week at this lovely house. It was clean, comfortable and the location was ideal. The house is furnished with a pleasant beachy vibe and the yard is very nicely maintained. Ravi was a dream to work with from the booking process all the way through to check out. A wonderful family vacation was had by all!

Perfect LBI stay
My family and I stayed for fourth of July week and had the absolute best time. The house and location was perfect as it was only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and less than a minute walk to the bay! The house was clean, updated, well equipped with kitchen ware, beach ware, outdoor sets etc. Ravi was also so very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. We have family on the block so will definitely try and rent here again!

Perfect LBI Rental!
Spent a week at this wonderful rental in July. It was a last minute getaway and we couldn’t have been happier. The house is perfect, with updated bathrooms, nice sized bedrooms, a beach inspired dining living room area, and of course an updated and very well equipped kitchen.
The home comes with great amenities including a grill, ice maker, iron, blow dryer, wifi, big TB screens, an outdoor shower and beach gear. It has a great outdoor lower patio, a small deck off the living room and a beautiful rooftop deck. The outdoor landscaping is just delightful to look at. The flower beds in front are beautifully maintained with lots of bright and colorful summer blooms.
The location is one block from Acme (full size supermarket) one block from the beach, and the bay is at the end of the street. Be sure to walk there nightly to watch the most beautiful LBI sunsets.
Ravi is a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, on point with his communication throughout the process, and provided the most detailed check in document that I have ever received. He was friendly, easy to reach, and checked in periodically to make sure everything was okay.
I have been going to LBI for over 25 years and have stayed at many properties. This is by far one of the best. It’s a really great rental… you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect!
Just returned home yesterday and missing this perfect house! The sun coming through the large windows, the sunsets on the rooftop deck, the most comfortable beds giving me the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! The house is in such a great and convenient spot. Close to everything, my son and I walked almost everywhere! Clean and upgraded, Ravi (owner) is the nicest person, so helpful. Loved everything about it, so grateful to have found it and made beautiful memories.

Wonderful location and great property
I would definitely recommend this owner and property! Beautifully decorated and maintained. Great neighborhood and awesome guarded beach with sandbar. Everything you could want in a vacation and don't miss out on roof top sunsets!
