Perfect location to walk to many delightful island shops and restaurants. From the main balcony, you can enjoy panoramic views of the ocean and pool area. Master bedroom features a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, plus a private second balcony with ocean view. Second bedroom has two twin beds & living room has a convertible queen sofa bed. Kitchen has everything you will need in the event you want to make a meal at home. You will want to stay here for weeks at a time! Two (2) parking passes are included within your stay ($25.00 deposit for each) & eight (8) pool passes ($10.00 deposit for each). Additionally, four (4) beach badges will be included within your stay for the Ship Bottom Beach location ($10 deposit per badge). ****Amenities are subject to change based on availability & owner discretion**** CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note that all guests must agree/complete the Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation. Final confirmation of booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Rentals are one week minimum (Friday to Friday). NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS, NO WEDDINGS, etc. Breaking of these rules will constitute monetary fines up to and in excess of full
deposit. All renters are required to purchase a protection fee at the time of their booking ($60).
