Enter on the first floor to a 3 story spiral staircase with glass block walls. Continue into first floor tv/den with pull out queen couch, dining area, full bath, laundry room, queen bedroom and bedroom with bunkbeds (3). Door leads directly out to outside under the deck and the beach.
Main level (2nd floor) has a stunning and large living area with wraparound couch, dining for 10 and tv/den ( doors enclose for 6th bedroom). Full bath on this level. Walk up a few steps to master bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub, queen platform bed, celebrity style changing area, two large closets, shower and half bath.
Third floor has two enclosed bedrooms with 2 full beds and one queen), a full bath, balcony/tv area with 2 twins areas for additional sleeping. Views of ocean and bay amazing!! Hot tub on deck!!!

Awesome Spacious House with plenty of room to comfortably stay. Breathtaking views of the ocean throughout. Located on a quiet beach, but not too far from everything. We will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic Family Getaway
This house is absolutely amazing. I have a huge family of my parents, siblings and all of our children. The wonderful home had plenty of sleeping and living spaces, direct beach access, beautiful views and the open floorplan, with deck allowed us all to be in the same space together. We loved it, we are already planning our trip for next year.

Our three-generation family returned to this awesome oceanfront home this year for a second summer. We were greeted by beautiful flowers in outdoor gardens and left with wonderful memories. A week of gorgeous weather allowed great surfing, wind-foiling, and fantastic views of the ocean from the house's deck where we enjoyed almost every meal. One granddaughter said "Why go out to eat? We have the best view right here!" The house is lovely and spacious, with a huge open living room, kitchen and bedrooms overlooking the ocean. It is well equipped both inside and out, including a large hot tub, gas grill, beach gear, well-stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, and even a great collection of puzzles. We again enjoyed July 4th fireworks as well as wind-foiling on the bay for the first time. We look forward to returning again.

Perfect Oceanfront home!!!
This oceanfront home was perfect for our family. Our three generations enjoyed a week of beautiful weather with gorgeous views of the ocean, including dolphins, beautiful moon rises and 4th of July fireworks. The private walkway to the beach provided easy access for surfing, kayaking and foiling. The house is spacious both inside and out: an open living room and kitchen area, a deck with hot tub, large grill, and table large enough for 12. It is very well stocked: from the kitchen to beach gear and even a great collection of puzzles. We look forward to returning.

Great Oceanfront House
The description listed on VRLBI is accurate. The house was great for three generations of my family, and the private walk to the beach is fantastic. The one thing to keep in mind (which I was able to notice from the photos ahead of time) is the staircases inside the house from floor to floor are spiral staircases. That makes move-in and move-out difficult if you have folks on the top floor who have a difficult time navigating that. Otherwise, you can use the standard staircase up to the deck and into the main floor, and of course the ground floor is at entry level to the house.
Rent some bikes and make this house your base of operations for the Surf City side of LBI!

Different year, same great house!
This was our second year (with many more to come, hopefully) at this wonderful house. Everyone loved it and was comfortable, from my six year old nephew to my septuagenarian in-laws, and everyone in between! You can't beat the cleanliness of the property, well stocked kitchen, ocean views, private beach access, and location convenient to everything you need. We love it!

perfect!
We've been vacationing in LBI since 2011 and this was our first ocean front house.. it was amazing. The views, day and night, were spectacular. We watched the sunrise, and the moon rise too! We are 15 people...our once little ones are not little anymore, so this house was the perfect amount of space. We were able to sit all together and have dinner either on the spacious deck or at the huge dining table. And being able to bring our mini golden doodles was the icing on the cake!

Beautiful Beach Home
This home was very clean, well maintained and the location and beach amazing. Private walkway to beach and near another access on the left facing ocean. House was well equipped beach chairs, beach area in beach side of house before the dune which was great for little ones to play before or after beach time. Views were amazing and kitchen well stocked with needed dishes etc. Manager was very easy to reach and linen service and house cleaners were great. Will plan another trip here next summer for sure.
