Wonderful Week!!!
I was just telling a coworker about our vacation and marveled once again at how well-appointed it was. Some of the little extras I didn't expect but loved:
A crock-pot, which I used to heat our beef BBQ and chicken tacos. (I make ahead and freeze all our meals.) We also took advantage of the milkshake machine, blender, and drip coffee maker. (None of us likes K-cups.)
The extra fridge/freezer was great for drinks and lots of ice cream.
Nice pillows and extra blankets (which we needed) in all the bedroom closets.
Good quality comforters on the beds and good mattresses.
We didn't have to rent or figure out how to pack beach chairs and umbrellas! Or carry them to the beach!!
Corn hole!
The large table and chairs that accommodated all of us for lunches and dinners--that nice addition (and enlarged kitchen) to the back of the house was a terrific upgrade.
Labelled switches; I think we may have gone a bit mad trying to figure all of them out on our own.
Enough plates and silverware--that even matched!
A washer and dryer that were uncomplicated to run.
