This meticulously maintained home is located in the quiet South Port lagoon community. Enjoy unobstructed lagoon views from most rooms, including the master bedroom when lying in bed. The non reverse living with a wonderful first level screened in porch and shaded front deck allow you to relax and watch the boats come and go. Sink into the high top deck chairs and be ready for a friendly hello from the neighbors on their way to the beach. Located only one block away from the beach, this home is around the corner from a children's park, tennis court, basketball court, and the bay beach to just relax and take in a beautiful sunset. This is a perfect vacation home for you and your family.
A well appointed kitchen and a new outdoor Weber gas grill will create the perfect meal for any time of day. The first level open floor plan, including living room, powder room, dining area and kitchen conveniently located adjacent to the screened in porch and covered front deck make this home a perfect gathering place for family and friends. The screened porch has always been a favorite for our family and its not surprising to find someone taking a mid afternoon nap. If your looking for some quiet space you can venture off to the upper level family room or upper deck to take in some sun, enjoy reading a book or catching your favorite television program. The upper level has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a master with private bath, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room that sleeps four. There are two sofa sleepers if needed, one in each gathering space. The enclosed garage will store your bikes and is equipped with beach toys, beach chairs, and an extra fridge that really comes in handy. The ground level includes an outdoor shower with dressing area and adjacent outdoor clothes line. This home is equipped with iron, ironing board, four TV's, books, games, and ideally located close to restaurants, shopping, and all Beach Haven attractions to keep the entire family entertained. We hope you will make time to visit our favorite, the Surflight Theater, and support the wonderful aspiring local theater artists before they make their way to Broadway.
Changeover cleaning will include a thorough sanitizing and disinfecting of all surfaces. The health and wellness of our guests is our utmost priority. Rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday with check in at 4PM and checkout at 10AM.
In consideration for those guests with allergies, pets are not allowed and this is a non smoking environmentally friendly premise.
Included are 6 beach badges. 6 Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella and Beach Cart.
No state tax, occupancy tax, booking or administrative fees will be assessed and all utilities are included. Linens, Bath Towels and Beach Towels are not Included. (Sea Spray Dry Cleaners and Linen Rentals

Wonderful Vacation!
We had the most wonderful trip at 16 Inlet! As two families, each with young kids – this place was perfect. The house setup worked wonderfully for our group, with plenty of space for both kids and adults, and my favorite spot being the screened in porch. Nothing beats the convenience of having the beach just steps away down the street, and then coming home to the beautiful view of the inlet. The home is clean and well maintained, and the owner is extremely buttoned up and responsive – making everything easy. The home is just close enough, and just far away enough to the hub of Beach Haven. You can pop downtown in minutes to restaurants or find entertainment for the kids, or choose to hang at the house for a more peaceful setting. We would definitely return to 16 Inlet!

This is an our second year in a row we have had the pleasure of renting this home away from home. We have been coming to LBI for the past 8 years and love the area of Holgate. This house is its own little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Beach Haven but just mins away from all the entertainment. You get to wake up and see the beautiful bay across the street or walk down the street to the ocean. We absolutely love the atmosphere here and the owners are wonderful people to rent from. Highly recommend this beautiful rental. Can’t wait to visit again.

Loved it!

Beautiful home in my favorite area of LBI
I've been coming to LBI my whole life and Holgate is my favorite area. Peaceful, quiet and so close to both bay and ocean, yet close enough to the "lively" part of the island. This house had everything (plus more) that we needed for a great vacation. The various outdoor seating areas were probably everyone's favorite place to hang out and enjoy each other's company. The owners are very responsive if you need anything at all! When looking for a place to stay in Holgate, this will be my first choice!

This is the second summer my family has stayed in this house. It's perfect. Great views, fun street, spacious, close to "town" yet jut far away enough. Owner is grat and responsive and helpful. Will keep coming back

BEAUTIFUL HOME IN AN AWESOME LOCATION
This is the second year in a row that my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home. We had an awesome week again - the weather was great, we LOVE the house, the location and we love dealing with the owner because he makes everything easy for us and is very accommodating. The house had everything we needed - didn't have to worry about anything. If I could, I would definitely rate this home a 10!

Perfect Vacation Spot
We have been coming to LBI for the past 7 years and love the area of Holgate. It’s close enough to Beach Haven which has all the activities but allows you to relax without the congestion of people everywhere. We stayed at this beautiful house for a week in August and it was our favorite house we have rented thus far. The house has the best location with the bay across the street and the ocean a block away. The house not only looked beautiful from the outside but came with everything we could need inside. The owner was such a pleasure to deal with and made sure our stay went without a hitch. We wish we could of stayed longer. My husband and I felt this years stay at LBI felt like home and we will definitely want to stay here again!

RARE FIND! What vacations are all about.
Amazing location and home! This home sits directly across from the lagoon (RARE FIND) creating stunning views/amazing sunsets and a sense of pure peaceful bliss that makes you just want to sit back and relax. What vacations are all about! The home Itself is very spacious with high ceilings and has plenty of different lounging spaces indoor and out for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The house also has the best outdoor shower I have ever experienced, the water pressure was amazing! (The little things in life) The owner also was so lovely, down to earth, and made the rental lease transaction easy and stress free! The Holgate section of LBI has always been our favorite, super close to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, amazing restaurants and offers a bit more of a calmer setting then staying exactly where all the action is. Also in Holgate, all the houses are very close and a quick walk to the beach! 1 block max! My family and I have been vacationing in LBI for the past 30 years, this home is by far one of our top favorite homes so far. The location truly cannot be matched! So serene!!!
