Two-minute walk (no major streets to cross) to the Ocean via the 76th or 77th Street entrance (68th street beach access for strollers/wheelchairs). 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home sleeps 8, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the middle of the 18-mile Island. On-site parking for 4-6 cars. Each bedroom has a private deck space to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the proximity to shopping (Acme supermarket is under 1 mile), restaurants (Pinky Shrimp’s Seafood Co., Custard Hut, Blue Water Café, Nardi’s, Daddy-O and many more) and entertainment (Sand Trap Mini Golf, Fantasy Island Amusement Park). LBI Shuttle available to view the famous Barnegat Lighthouse.

Unbelievable
We've been coming down to LBI for over 30 years, but this house and these hosts stand out at the top. From the very beginning, Gina was very helpful, very communicative, patient and attentive to questions and details. The house was super clean, roomy and comfortable, very close to the beach, incredibly convenient to all locations on the island and more! They're even pet friendly. And imagine arriving to a basket of goodies for us and our granddaughter! And unlike previous years at LBI, we wound up OVERPACKING for a stay. 7604 Ocean had a stocked kitchen, appliances and kitchen items galore (even a countertop ice maker), and not only beach passes - but plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys AND a beach wagon to bring it all for the short walk to the beach. We loved our stay here and we loved dealing with Gina! You CANNOT go wrong booking this terrific home for your stay.

Perfect vacation house
I cannot say enough good things about this experience! From the minute I came across this listing Gina was amazing! She was always available to answer any question! The house was perfect! Awesome location, fully equipped with anything that was needed and CLEAN! She left my family and dog welcome gifts. She was so organized and inviting that my husband recommended she open a bed and breakfast!! We hope to be back next year!

Fantastic time
We had a wonderful time on our first trip to this lovely rental. From the moment we walked in, we knew our vacation was off to a great start. Our son and his family had the first floor, girls 20 & 17, and the decks from their rooms gave them a place to read and text. The decks on the top floor were always in use, watching the ocean & enjoying family time. This was the first time the TV was not turned on. We listened to the Phillies on the radio. Our little Pixie, enjoyed sitting on any deck that people were on. Gina was an excellent homeowner/host as the information she passed on to us was so helpful and timely. You could not ask for anyone better. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, and lots of utensils. I overpacked thinking i needed to bring my own stuff. A short walk to the beach, chairs & carts were provided and outside games to play on rainy days( which there were). I can’t think of anything they overlooked. You will not be disappointed if you choose this rental, but please do not take the weeks we like.

7604 Sea Haven
Had a great time with family at 7604 SeaHaven. Greeted with an awesome welcome package from our host Gina and a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and spices for the cook. Nice reverse living design with 3 decks to enjoy the views from this perfect location. Short walk to beach with chairs, beach buggy and badges all included in the rental. Pet friendly! Have already booked our family getaway for 2024!

LBI Paradise
Our family of eight adults had a fabulous time on LBI and at our home away from home - 7604 Ocean Blvd. The home is well stocked, beds comfortable (no bunks, three queen and one king which was perfect for our group), outdoor area lovely and safe for our small dogs. The beach is close. The four decks - one at each bedroom - were ideal for relaxing. Gina is available and ready to assist and very easy to work with. Best home owner experience we have had in over ten years of renting. Exceptional.

Wonderful House for Our Family
We had a great week. The house met our needs. Plenty of room to spread out for 4 adults and three kids under 9. It’s an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor space for cooking and eating. House is well stocked and very comfortable. Love all of the decks!

Well equipped and located rental
Enjoyed our stay at 7604 Ocean Blvd. We had 2 couples, 3 young children and our dog sharing the house and everyone was comfortable. Host was very welcoming and communicative. House was clean and well prepared for our arrival, the gift bag was a nice touch. All beach equipment we needed was available for our use. Very easy access to the beach, with choice of two entrances right across the street. Walkable to ACME and a couple other spots, but definitely need to drive to Bay Village. Overall would recommend!

Perfect week in LBI
We had the most amazing week at this beautiful home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, working with Gina was a total dream, and the house had everything we could have needed. Gina even left us a bag full of goodies, my favorite wine, and treats for our pup! Left feeling rested, rejuvenated, and in a total bliss state. We can’t wait to return next summer. Rent this house! (Just not when I want to, lol)

Perfect for Wedding Weekend
From the day we booked our weekend stay for our daughter’s wedding, Gina was wonderful. The rental process was smooth and easy and Gina was a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and made our stay very comfortable. When we arrived there was a beach bag filled with snacks and a bottle of wine to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The house was immaculate, comfortable and was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. We hosted a post-wedding breakfast with some family and friends Saturday morning and it was wonderful. I highly recommend this house. It’s in a great location, right by the beach with beautiful ocean views. We were very happy here and I’m sure you will be too
