This beautiful newer oceanside house has a functional floor plan with 5 spacious bedrooms & a 3 stop elevator. The kitchen has a large island with chairs & opens up to a spacious living room with a high vaulted ceiling and to a gorgeous dining room with a big round table that seats up to 10 people. Enjoy the salt air and the ocean view while sipping coffee, tea or dining from the balcony off the living/dining room area. There are 3-4 different common areas for multi-generations to hangout! For sleeping/resting accommodations, you & your guests will enjoy many comfortable & spacious bedrooms to choose from. On the top level, there is a very spacious primary bedroom with en-suite which has a high vaulted ceiling with a walk out balcony overlooking the pool. On the lower level, you will find 4 other bedrooms, a junior primary bedroom with en-suite that boasts plenty of space & a comfortable king size bed, two other beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suites with comfortable queen beds, and a spacious & cute bunk bed bedroom to make your stay relaxing! Enjoy the beach that is super close to the house or hang out by the pool or do both! Plenty of space to accommodate large families gatherings comfortably. NO proms or parties, NO pets, NO smoking

Best beach trip ever
This rental property is everything you could want in a beach vacation! Our extended family stayed for a long weekend in September to celebrate my MIL's 75th birthday. This house is so thoughtfully appointed - all of the dishware, utensils, glassware, bakeware, you could ever need for a large group, with details like labeling on the drawers and cabinets, light switches, and all of the "extras" already included, like dish soap, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, foil, and more. It was the perfect layout for our family's needs, with each couple having their own bathroom, and plenty of space to relax in the living room/kitchen and multiple deck areas. We absolutely made the right choice with this house vs. staying on the bay side - with 2 little kids (ages 2 and 5) and older parents, the walk to the beach was so easy, and the street to cross was not busy at all. Plus, there were multiple beach wagons and all the sand toys they could ever want, which was less for us to have to pack. The elevator was another convenience that we used since my FIL has a bad knee. The pool was delightfully warm and comfortable without us having to adjust the temp at all, and it was the perfect alternative to the beach. We were lucky to enjoy 3 breathtaking sunsets from the roof deck. Helen was a great host, with friendly and prompt communication throughout the entire process and during our stay. Everyone in our group was so impressed at how amazing this house and our entire stay was - we hope to come back again soon!

Wonderful spot for our family vacation!!
We loved our family vacation at 14 E Selfridge!! What a beautiful home...so well appointed, comfortable, organized and spotless! We vacationed with six adults: my husband and me, our sons, our daughter and her boyfriend. There was plenty of space to hang out together or spread out inside the house and out. The location was great including the proximity to the beach as well as to ACME, other shopping options or fun destinations. We loved being able to walk just 10 minutes away to Daddy-Os for our eldest's birthday dinner.
Our air temperatures were on the cool side during much of our stay so riding the ocean waves was not always as appealing as having the warm pool to enjoy after windy or cloudy beach days. The pool was a great spot to gather! The bikes and beach amenities were such a nice bonus, too!

Great Home!
Just a great home ! Easy access to the beach, made even easier with the provided wagons. We also made extensive use of the pool as we had a few days of windy weather.
Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bedroom configuration was perfect for our family .
Helen was always responsive and made the process easy. We have been renting for years and this is the best we have had on LBI.

14 E Selfridge: Another great vacation
We decided to come back to the same house this year, and as expected were very pleased. The weather was not ideal, but in terms of the house accommodations it was great.
The homeowner is very easy to work with and pretty much thought of everything in terms of the house, amenities, etc.

Amazing house, amazing location, well stocked!
This house was the cleanest rental we’ve stayed in! It was completely stocked with everything we needed. The house set up was perfect for each family to have its own space and bathroom, but the top floor living area brought us together too! The pool was perfect and was well stocked with floats and lounge chairs. The location of the house was outstanding and there were more than enough beach chairs, beach carts, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys for our group of 13. We used the bikes too! We can’t say enough great things about this house and Helen! She kindly secured corn hole for our group and was so quick and clear on all communications. The location of this house among LBI was great as well. There was a small breakfast/lunch spot and ice cream in walking distance and everything else was a very short drive! We can’t say enough great things about this stay and would gladly recommend to anyone!

Best beach house on LBI
My family has rented this house for 2 weeks every summer since it became available. It is the best beach house on LBI! I have rented so many different houses in just about every town from Harvey Cedars down to Beach Haven, bayside, Oceanside, and everything in between. This house has it all. I love that I don’t have to pack all the gear- bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. The house is stocked inside and out. Love the location in the middle of the island because we’re never far from anything. Helen is the best host! Anytime I have had a question, she was quick to respond. She’s definitely put a lot of thought into all the details. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and full of conveniences. We are already planning our return trip next summer!

14 E Selfridge. Brant Beach
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in LBI.
Everything about it was outstanding. Perfect location on a quiet street just a short walk from the beautiful beach! What a nice surprise to find so many bikes, beach chairs and beach toys there for us to use. Also beach tags for everyone! House is bright, new and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Finding our way around it was a breeze! Kids enjoyed the pool every day and plenty of lounge chairs and comfortable couch and umbrellas in backyard to use. Appreciated having elevator to bring our groceries up to kitchen. Enjoyed watching sunsets on rooftop deck! Owner was a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much for everything!

A celebration for the ages
We had the honor of celebrating our amazing friend Connie’s engagement with a fun weekend on LBI!
Our stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. The home is immaculate, beautifully-decorated and luxurious. The home is well-stocked with anything you could ever need — from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and bedrooms. We especially enjoyed the multiple decks featuring panoramic views, the elevator and selection of bikes to explore with. On top of that, the owner, Helen, was a pleasure to coordinate with and was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We can’t wait to return!
