- Sight Unseen Rentals: Landlord highly recommends previewing the property. Any damage that occurred prior to arrival needs to be reported within 24 hours of check in. Any damage reported after 24 hours will be responsibility of current tenant.

Absolutely Amazing!
I am never one to write reviews but I had to for this! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Murphy’s Shore house this week. We walked through the door and immediately felt like we were home. The house is immaculate, landscaping is beautiful, rooms were so spacious and the best part is that they have a 2nd floor that sleeps SOOOO many people PLUS their own bathroom up there! The garage was filled with games to keep everyone busy, TV’s galore and the AC units in each room appear to be brand new and are so quiet, you don’t even know they’re on! Did I mention 2 refrigerators, beautiful backyard patio with hammock? Yep. It was a week filled with so much relaxation, fun, laughter and memory making. We will DEFINITELY be returning!
