It is a short ride to Long Beach Island by car, and if you bring your boat you have quick access to the open bay. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and sliders to the backyard. The open living room with water views, dining room and kitchen are on the top floor, along with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large deck off the living room to relax and enjoy the water views! Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee.

Great getaway!
We booked this house (it had just come on the market as a rental) almost last minute. We usually stay on the island, but nothing was available last minute. This house did not disappoint! We went with our kids and grandkids and 2 dogs. The home was very clean. We brought our boat down and it was awesome to have it available right at the house with easy access to the bay. The yard is completely fenced in so the pups had a great vacation with us. There are a couple of floats and a blow up boat that comes with the house. There was always a nice breeze from the bay and enough action on the lagoon to watch, swans, ducks, herons, boats passing by.... kids did some crabbing right there at the house. There is a ladder on the dock for access getting in and out of the water.
LBI was only 10 minutes away over the bridge. Friday to Friday is great - no traffic !!!
