123 by the Sea is our two family house just three houses from the beach. The second floor which is available for renting offers a beautiful view of the beach. Recently renovated and newly furnished, the second floor has 2 bedrooms, (1 Queen, 1 full and 1 twin beds), 1 full shower/tub bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, (coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, microwave, pots, pans, etc...), and living room with a 52" brand new smart TV. Just bring your passwords and easily log in to your favorite streaming services, Netflix, Amazon, Disney + etc. There is a queen size sofa bed in living room making this place suitable for up to 5 people to stay. Enjoy your Beach view from the top deck exclusive to this floor's unit. Three off street parking spots are offered for your convenience. On the first floor, you will find a shared laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. The spacious fenced in backyard is a great area to relax and unwind after a day out at the beach.Private outdoor shower for this unit only. New BBQ, dining table, picnic table, outdoor sitting furniture set and recently renovated outdoor shower adds a great deal of convenience to the outdoor space. Great location, clean and spacious
Our family had a wonderful time at this Ship Bottom Oceanside home. An immaculate home with a great deck just steps to the beach on this quiet street. The owners kept up with great communication and were easy to work with.
Enjoy sunrise in the mornings , sunsets in the evening and all things LBI in between.

Fantastic trip
We have rented in Ship Bottom many times and this was one of the best stays for many reasons. The unit was very clean, tastefully decorated and so close to the beach. The owners, Maria & Augie, take great care to ensure a wonderful experience.

Perfect Vacation!
We had a wonderful time in Ship Bottom with this apartment as our home base! The apartment is right next to the beach and even has a deck facing the ocean and dunes. Of course, the beaches are just beautiful. The apartment was very well cared for and was fresh and clean. Our hosts were friendly and eager to make sure everything was just right. I loved that there were beach chairs to use and badges ready for us when we got there. Even on our rainy day in the big, new TV let us sign into our TV accounts and catch some shows. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has two spacious bedrooms, a very new bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, and a comfortable living room. I greatly appreciate how sensitive the hosts were about covid and all of their considerations as a result. It's family-friendly and comfortable. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Excellent first stay
As a family of 4 with 2 small kids, this place worked out great for us! No frills as it’s an older house, but A/C units in every bedroom (+ living room) was super nice, the place was incredibly clean and the new owners have done a great job with renovating the interior of the 2nd floor. The biggest plus, especially with kids, was the unbeatable proximity to the beach. In addition, the new owners (Augie and Maria) are the sweetest people, very accommodating and made us feel so welcomed during our stay. I could see us outgrowing the unit as our family grows, but for the time being this place is wonderful and we would definitely consider renting it again!
