Beach Rental Description
Luxurious New Oceanside 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home with a heated SALT WATER pool that sleeps up to 11. Leave your groceries at home since we are a hop, skip and jump away to Acme and plan on indulging in your favorite ice cream every night at the iconic Skipper Dipper, which is only 2 blocks away.
Oceanside and only a block and a half to the sandy white beaches that LBI is renowned for. Home comes with 11 beach badges.
Outside:
In addition to the heated saltwater pool, an outdoor covered shower and changing room. The home also comes with an outdoor covered entertaining bar with refrigerator, for enjoyment all day and an evening of relaxing poolside and making memories to last a lifetime. A GAS line grill so you never have to worry about changing a tank. There is also a furnished walkup roof top deck for sunsets and cocktails.
Inside:
Luxurious details and furnishings abound both inside and out. Home is equipped with WiFi and Eero Mesh routers to provide everyone with high speed internet access. The top floor of this beautiful home features the main living space. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a bright spacious living/family room with a smart TV, a fireplace, a powder room, dining room, and the Master Bedroom Suite. Off the main living area, you will find a deck furnished with a dining table and six chairs, providing you the option to dine inside or out. The Master Bedroom Suite comes with a Zero Gravity King split adjustable mattress, Smart TV for streaming, a beautiful full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, and large walk-in glass frameless shower.
The lower floor features three bedrooms, along with a second lounge area with plenty of seating, including a brand new pull out queen size sofa bed, beverage cooler, wet bar, and Smart TV. The first bedroom on this floor is a junior suite that comes furnished with a queen bed and a spa style bathroom with a glass enclosed stand up shower and a Smart TV. The second bedroom sleeps two in a comfortable queen, with a Smart TV and the third bedroom on this floor sleeps three-four (3-4), with a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed and Smart TV.
Tenant provides their own towels and linens. Blankets will be provided. Smoking not permitted in the home.
Elevator is available for Handicap access.

Fantastic week and great hosts!
We had a fantastic week- the house is outfitted with everything you need from top to bottom. Liz was a great host, very responsive and always checking-in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The pool was a great touch after a spending the day the beach- outdoor bar with a pool and another refrigerator in the garage made it easy to grab refreshments. We’ll definitely be back, thanks again Liz and Henry!

Wonderful House and Owner(s)
Such a wonderful house in a great location! Our family of 5 adults enjoyed two weeks here. Great communication with Liz, the very thoughtful and nice owner/host. Super easy self check in. The house had everything we needed for a perfect vacation on LBI. ZERO complaints. Beautifully furnished to accommodate family togetherness. Yet plenty of private spaces for work calls or alone time.
We loved the well furnished decks and back patio space and pool! We enjoyed time there before and after the beach every day of our trip. There is even a second full refrigerator with freezer located just off the patio in the garage which was perfect for our poolside and beach beverages.
Very easy walk to a really nice section of beach. The house provides a beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas. There are also several bikes provided.
As I mentioned, the location is great! Skipper Dipper is right around the corner, just 1 block away! The Acme grocery store is also really close which was super convenient.
We will definitely rent this awesome house again!

Awesome Week!
What an incredible week. This house was fabulous and Liz- the host was amazing. The house offered everything to make our stay comfortable, fun, and most of all memorable! Liz was accessible at all times with any questions or needs.
From the outdoor spaces, roof top deck, front deck and beautiful yard to the fabulous kitchen and indoor living spaces. Everyone had their own comfortable space, yet more than enough space to gather together for family time! Liz thought of everything!
We loved this house and as always we love LBI!

Great Location
We rented this house for our daughter’s and their families. We’ve rented a lot of places over the years but have never found one so well stocked with everything needed! The kitchen was well outfitted—we cook! And, I was surprised over the availability of all beach gear needed. Liz, the owner, was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our week!

Amazing stay on LBI
We had such a nice week at this beautiful home. Everything was exceptional--The house is new, well appointed, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. The proximity to the beach and the bay was wonderful--fabulous beach chairs, umbrellas, beach badges and the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Liz was such a welcoming host. Would come back every summer if we could!

Amazing Home for a Memorable Family Vacation
We had the perfect week at this beautiful and immaculate home. Every part of our stay was exceptional, and Liz was extremely accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed all of the amenities and we are already booked for next year. The home is family friendly for young children and came with every amenity one could think of. We can't wait to come back!

This home is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms are lovely especially the master with a huge king bed and amazing bathroom. The kitchen is a dream for cooks and makes it easy to prepare meals for a large group. The outside decks are phenomenal and the rooftop sunsets are a great way to end the day. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and the heated pool is wonderful. A great end to a beach day by the pool with a cocktail at the outside bar. The owners were so wonderful and accommodating, they just thought of everything and want you to enjoy their home. I can’t recommend this house enough. My family loved it and will be back.

Perfection In Every Way Possible!
Our family just returned from the most wonderful vacation on LBI thanks to Liz hosting us in her beautiful home. This spotless and tastefully decorated home had everything we needed with clear labels and instructions for all the amenities. Host checked in with us to make sure our check-in went well and that we had everything we needed.
