Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Fabulous vacation
Perfect family vacation. Spacious and spotless home. Owner is very responsive.
Plenty of room for family dinners. Great fenced back yard. Pool was perfect for entertaining grandkids and hot tub was great for us and our adult children to chill in the evening.

Best of the Beach
This is our 2nd year renting this house and we are already planning 2024. I love the spacious, open layout … great sized kitchen and plenty of seating for dining. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, there are 3 spacious bathrooms and a beautiful pool, hot tub and shower in the backyard. The owner is attentive to any needs and responds immediately. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great family home!
We had been coming to LBI for many years in the same house five blocks away. We needed more space and the other place was recently sold so we were looking for a place to celebrate some special events and make new memories. This 5 bedroom house was clean and spacious. I loved the dining room with table seating for 12 and countertop seats for 7/8. There was a beautiful back yard seating area. The availability of the “gator service” allowed my 87 year old mom daily trips to the beach. The owner was readily available for answering questions and responded immediately to any issue we had. A pool/spa area has been added and we are already booked for 2023! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
