Plenty of decking including a roof top deck to enjoy the views of the bay and wetlands and the summer sun or shade as desired. Gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and updated baths. Full ground level enclosure.

* Our vacation home is for family rentals. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 30) unaccompanied by parents or guardians.
* Please wash off sand before enter the house and pool
* Parents and the renter who signed the rental agreement should be responsible for rules being followed by all family members and guests.
* At the conclusion of your stay, all items are expected to be returned to their proper place. We expect our house to be treated with respect and care.
* No Pets, No smoking, families preferred, no commercial use
* Damage to linens is specifically excluded from the insurance policy coverage
* keep the house clean and sanitary, especially in the bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful House & Great Location
The house is beautiful, stylish and spacious, easy access to beach, bay and the natural preserve wetland. We really enjoy our stay. The kids like the pool a lot.
