Surrounded by the bay on two sides, this classic 2 story home in the heart of Ship Bottom provides 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10 - 12) and 2 updated baths with over 2000 spacious square feet to spread out, relax, and rejuvenate. Fully updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A large living room with separate family room provides an amazing floor plan for families and friends to enjoy time together (or apart) with loads of living space that can be hard to find on the island. First floor bedroom and bath offers access for those who don't want to tackle a full set of stairs. Separate entrances into the mud and laundry room, directly from the outdoor shower, allow you to rinse and refresh from the beach and offer a new high-efficiency washer and dryer. All new furnishings in 2021. High speed cable and internet and smart TVs in living room and most bedrooms. Nice outdoor patio space just off the dining room via French doors for dining, playing games, or just hanging out. 2nd level fiberglass deck for catching some rays. Super convenient easy on/off island access (we'll share our short cut). Short walk to beautiful lifeguarded bay beach with fun playground and activities for the kiddos, Sunset Point (best view of the spectacular island sunsets), great restaurants and nightlife (Hotel LBI, The Arlington, Russo's and more), shopping and activities, the Long Beach Island Grade School with basketball courts, sports fields and playgrounds, and only a couple blocks to the beach (beach passes, beach buggy, and beach toys included). Turnover service includes white-glove cleaning service (included in rental fee) and on-call maintenance as well as optional linen service and alcohol and grocery delivery service. Loved it
This was our first time renting this home. Everything was lovely. The house is just as described, spacious and clean. Jenna is a great host who is quick to answer you. The house has everything you need for an amazing week at the beach!!

Home away from home
We have been renting beach houses on LBI for over 30 years and this home is one of the best we have stayed. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. With large eat in kitchen and 2 living rooms there was more than enough room for 6 adults and 5 kids. It’s in a great location, close to the bay beach, playground, ocean, and restaurants. The homeowner was friendly and very easy to communicate with. You will be sure to enjoy your stay!

Wonderful experience
We booked ship bottom beauty last year. The house is newly renovated and has everything you need. We were two families (8 people).
The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious.
Kitchen and bathrooms are renovated and very well equipped with whatever you need in case you want to cook.
House is close to the bay where you can enjoy wonderful Lbi sunsets.
Beach badges and beach chairs given from the owner bring you to the great beach of LBI.
House is close to lovely restaurants and ice cream shops.
Jenna the owner is there for you anytime you need her and provides all the info needed to have a wonderful vacation in lovely LBI.
We would rate our experience at this house fantastic and we are certainly coming back this year.
