LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.....This Oceanside Beach House is located in North Beach Haven! Just two short blocks from the beach (15 houses from the beach). Walking distance (just 15 minute walk) to the center of Beach Haven, Schooner's Wharf, miniature golf, ice cream, shops, water park, restaurants and Fantasy Island. The house is adjacent to Spray Beach Bagel N Grill with Majestic Sunset Bay views across the Boulevard. Perfect for a family vacation. 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus outdoor shower. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious, each with a Queen bed, and twin daybed with a trundle. Bathroom with shower upstairs. Two bedrooms are downstairs. One has a Full/Double Bed, the other has two twin beds. The bathroom on the main level has a full bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub. There is a half bathroom in the laundry room which is off the kitchen. The large living room is fully equipped for you to enjoy with a Queen sleeper sofa, Weber grill, comfy sectional and 65 inch brand new flat screen TV, games, and books. Parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway as well as street parking available. Lots of amenities for the beach provided for your use to make your beach vacation complete such as beach chairs, coolers, Beach Cart, 8 Beach Badges, Beach Toys etc. Air-conditioning, WIFI and Washing Machine (brand new), Dryer, and Dishwasher.
