Description
Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath house was fully renovated in 2020. There are 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen and one extra large room with a queen, 2 twins and 2 trundles. We have a large yard with an outdoor shower, deck with awning, gas grill, basketball hoop and a hammock under a shade tree. We provide beach badges as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, beach bikes, corn hole and more. New central air and heating installed in 2022. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house. There are three smart TVs. There is a desk in case you need to get some work done. We are 8 houses to the lifeguarded beach, 1 house from the traffic light to cross easily, 6 houses to the bay for amazing sunsets and two blocks from the playground. Located in the Brant Beach Yacht Club (BBYC) area. No animals of any kind allowed.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Wonderful stay!
We had such a wonderful stay at this charming beach house for a family wedding! The house accommodated our three grown children, son in law and our two year old granddaughter comfortably. It was very convenient to have the comforts of home, while in town for the long weekend. Thank you so much, Kristin, for everything! The only minor thing missing was having a full length mirror, when getting ready for the wedding!

PERFECT
I stayed at this beautiful home for a girl's weekend away and it was phenomenal. There is so much room inside this home, the yard is amazing! We loved it and can't wait to go back. There is plenty of room for a large family and the location is a short walk to the beach and bay! Thank you to Kristin for EVERYTHING!
