Description
Park the car and walk or bike to everything this charming beach town offers; restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, amusement park, .....all within a few blocks. Pearl Street Market and the public tennis courts and playing field are less than two blocks away! The house is completely updated with hardwood floors throughout. The front of the house features an open, comfortable and nicely furnished living room area, including a farm table that seats six as well as a half bath. The rear of the house features a newly renovated, well equipped kitchen including granite countertops and new appliances. A slider off the kitchen opens onto a small deck with two chairs and a table leading down to a fully fenced, private backyard that features a table, six chairs and umbrella as well as a comfortable lounge area with cushioned seating, outdoor rugs and canopy lighting. There is a new cedar outdoor shower off the back of the house. A brand new full size stacked washer & dryer is located in closet between living room and kitchen. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms, full and half bath. The master bedroom has Queen size bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has three twin beds. The house is well equipped with dual zones for heat & central A/C, cable, internet and WIFI as well as 6 complimentary beach badges included. We pride ourselves on making sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay and we are only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay. You will love this quiet neighborhood in Beach Haven's historic district, perfectly situated between an amazing ocean beach, picturesque bay and charming beach town with restaurants, bars, amusement park, mini golf, great shopping and lots more. LBI is great (flat) for walking, jogging and bike riding and there is a bike trail right at the end of our street.

Perfect Cottage by the Sea
Our family of 5 love vacationing in this charming, immaculate beach house. With just a short walk to the beach and yet close enough to all the restaurants and shops in town. It is a perfect location in Beach Haven.
The neighborhood is lovely for early morning walks or jogs and also has bike lanes for riding! This is a huge plus for us.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make a meal!
Linda thinks of everything and created a truly comfortable, refreshing and creative design space by the sea.
The backyard area is a relaxing place to bbq and enjoy all your meals with a new patio and landscaping this year.
The outdoor shower is the best outdoor beach shower we have ever used. This is a Perfect Cottage by the Sea!

Just like Home!
Staying at this house, felt just like being at home. The beds were comfortable, great kitchen amenities for cooking, and only a couple blocks from the beach! Owners were SUPER responsive and kind. Located in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors! Perfect for a family vacation with our 10 and 12 year old to visit grandparents and extended family who are located in Beach Haven. Would 100% stay at this location again!

Wonderful Family Home
Our family of 5 had a wonderful week at this super clean and comfortable home. It has a lovely patio in the back yard. along with the best outdoor shower we have ever used!
This home is in a great location, walking distance to shops and a easy walk to the beach! Linda is super attentive & just Fantastic to work with! We cant wait to be back each year!

A Perfect Cottage
This beach cottage is a wonderful place to visit .
The cottage is decorated in a lovely , clean and crisp manner . The furnishing are all comfortable . The back yard and outdoor shower are an oasis after a day at the beach. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with cookware and nice appliances .
The property is wonderfully located , it is an easy walk to all that Beach Haven has to offer.
We enjoyed this property immensely.

LOVE, LOVE , LOVE
My family of 7(4 adults, 3 kids) spent the 4th of July week in this beautifully decorated, immaculate home. To be honest the pictures do not capture the coziness and warmth of this beach cottage. For a family of 7, we had plenty of room and made great use out of the awesome outdoor shower. My husband kept commenting that the owners utilized every inch of the home to the best of their ability with updated decor, bathrooms and kitchen. We loved coming home from the beach or night life and enjoyed the spacious backyard area. We had everything we needed when utilizing the kitchen and washer and dryer was key. Having vacationed in LBI all my life, I appreciated the location of the home the most. The neighborhood is very quiet but you have a local market, liquor store, arcade, mini golf and ice cream within three short blocks. You are also a short walk from downtown Beach Haven and numerous restaurants and bars. The owner Linda was awesome with communication, and the house reflects the pride she takes in making sure you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk into the home. We can't wait to rent again next year.
